I’ve been coming here my whole life.. I just had a stroke and an aneurysm. I’m in recovery and needed to get out, move, and I needed water and apologized to her as I’m slow. She followed me and all she cared about was if I used the right nozzle on the right size bottle. Tapped on the window pretty hard and startled me when my jug was almost full. You saw me struggling. And instead of offering help, you corrected me and startled me. Lady, I JUST HAD A STROKE AND AN ANEURYSM!!!! ITS WATER!!!! THE HOSE ISNT GONNA BREAK IF I USE THE BIG ONE FOR THE LITTLE BOTTLE!!!! How about caring about your customers a little. You dispense water. Not fame.

Ive been to this location outdoors only. And the day I chose to come in it was a terrible experience. Came in and was interested on the ice cream but after trying to ask twice about the ice cream and being ignored by the employee I decided id just get water. I asked if there was a price difference in the water stations from hose to knob as some locations sell Alkaline water. Employee male ignored again and I had to be sure to ask he wasnt too kind with his tone. I continued to be my usual positive self but already was not liking the experience. I became distracted while talking to my partner when one of the gallons over filled for about 1-2 secs the employee YELLS HEY TURN THAT OFF ITS DRINKING WATER! I responded with well look he does hear afterall and what a way to treat customers. I went to pay and he was going on in his language about the incident. I gave him .50 extra after receiving my change to hopefully cover the cup of lost water. Male employee threw his change at his tip jar with force. No longer supporting this location.

Luckily I'm not the only one that is encountered by a rude owner there when I ask her about if can wash my bottle then started to come up aggressive at me and yells at me for no reason. Looks like everyone is complaining about her. Honestly I rather get change from other stores and refill water outside at night so I don't have to deal with that owner who is not respectful to anyone. Hopefully she gets sued for good

If it wasn't bad enough to come here and get yelled at by a mean lady for nothing, now the price jumped to 35 cents a gallon so instead of 8 gallons I only get 6 now. Won't be coming here anymore.

The Chinese lady making my shaved ice was beyond rude. If you're not happy with your job get a new one! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The store is always clean, they always have plenty of ice, have ice cream and flavored ice drinks too.
