The owner is really rude. I went there for years just dealing with the bad attitude but I’ll go a couple miles out of my way now. Not worth it. For instance, I went to pay for my water but as soon as I get there, he leaves the register to go clean some stuff up in the back and makes me wait? You can’t just do that stuff after? Or I would open the door and literally as I’m walking in he yells at me to shut the door. It’s just water man, no need to be rude.

My usual place closed so went here for the first time. My cart had a mind of it's own. Would be nice if they'd leave a cleaning cloth by the spouts so you could wipe down your messes. Bright spot-- not only do they have Thrifty ice cream, they had my favorite flavor Chocolate Malted Crunch! So I had a double scoop. Otherwise place is clean. Person behind the counter barely said a word to me so don't know if it's a language barrier or what. I will go back.

Have been coming to this spot for years. Never had a problem until today. After a tiny mistake of turning the faucet the wrong way a little water spilled on the window. The husbabd / co-owner proceded to get loud and yell at me after I apologized. After informing him I wouldn't be returning to the store he attempted to keep my change. Unprofessional thief.

They are always the same when I go in. The water is good and their ice cream is just perfect! They have shaved ice too! It's wonderful when it is hot!

The Chinese lady making my shaved ice was beyond rude. If you're not happy with your job get a new one! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The store is always clean, they always have plenty of ice, have ice cream and flavored ice drinks too.
