Very friendly staff and tasty ice cream choices.
Adriana was very helpful and got all of my bottles filled and a new one to boot
I came in Friday June 20th and used my water card (awesome deal) and Adrianna was very friendly and informed me of some of the promotions they had going on. All their products are A-Tier quality and my son absolutely loves the ice cream. Keep up the awesome work! Highly recommend!

I want to say about that. I was at water and ice. I buy the alkaline water. The service there was awesome Shantea Was so very helpful. She was very professional and very friendly. I really enjoy meeting her and in that place is awesome. I will definitely come back and it will be My Permanent Pl., Water nice on university in Greenfield for me to come and get my alkaline water.
My family has been going to this water n ice for 10 years with no problems. Ive never experienced such discrimination and racism until today, which has marked the day our business will be lost from this establishment forever. My stepfather is a native Spanish speaker, and while heâs been working on his English for 20 years, he still has an accent that can be confusing for some people. When we entered the store we were not greeted and once the customer who entered before us was served, we were not offered help or service of any kind. My stepfather asked politely for âtwo root beer floatsâ, only to be returned with a dirty look and silence from the woman working. He repeated himself in the same tone, thinking maybe she didnât understand him. Again, he was met with utter disrespect and ignored. As I noticed I speak better English than him, I asked the crew member myself for âtwo root beer floats please.â She responded to me with the same disrespect and proceeded to act as if we werenât there. Coming from a background with multiple native languages, I wasnât sure if she maybe spoke another language, so I asked if she spoke English. I was met with extreme aggression from her and told not to come into her shop speaking things she doesnât understand and then asking her if she speaks English. I expressed that we were speaking English to her and she didnât need to be rude when weâre simply trying to order. She then proceeded to tell us that they didnt have root beer floats (even though the sign/ingredients were right in front of us) and wouldnât serve us. Mind you this display was shown in front of children under 10 who just wanted some ice cream. I would stay away from this establishment at all costs if you are of Hispanic heritage unless you want to be a target for your ethnicity. And definitely donât bring your children here. Please do better with your staffing and find people who actually care about customer service and the reputation of your business.

Been coming here for years and love it. Great people behind the counter.
Always a quick in and out experience. I pay ahead so I can fill up and walk out. This location doesnât clean or sanitize the bottles for you just as an FYI. Great tasting water that is local and easy to stop in throughout the week.
