The location closer to my home is hit and miss with the taste of the water, could be they don't clean the filters as often as they should - otherwise their service is 5 stars. I started coming to this location because it was clean, water tasted consistently good and the service was good. Now, the staff is a Revolving Door and none of them are any good. Today, in addition to some Skunkers dressed like gang members a few doors down, the front of the water place stunk of cigarette smoke and so did the latest employee. The carts are semi functioning, there still isn't a handicap ramp - whoever manages this strip - isn't that illegal? Now, the plastic cup covers on the sprayers are all gone. I don't know if that is dirt or rust but it is totally unsanitary where these unprotected spouts go into the bottles and you don't know who has been touching them or what. I am going to have to go even farther out of my way now because I'm not going back to this University location.

It's a calm, clean space and the prices for water refills can't be beat! The shelves and shelves of cheap candy made me feel like a kid again, and the ice cream is fabulous. Will definitely be back!

I've been going here for 2+ years. They've always been real friendly and helpful. Today Robert was clearly busy but made every customer waiting feel attended to. Robert immediately apologized for the wait (not even 2 min) and helped me check out my order.
