I came in and decided to buy a half gallon of ice cream that needed to be packed. Someone came in after me to buy ice while my ice cream was being packed. She stopped packing my ice cream, left the scoop inside of it and proceeded to take a cash payment from the customer that came in after me. Then, although I mentioned how dirty money is, she did not wash her hands before going back to packaging my ice cream. YUCK! 🤮 She removed the ice cream scoop from my container of ice cream, grabbed a lid and put it on, then she grabbed a dry blue towel from under the counter and wipes the container thoroughly. As a person who's job is 100% service, I was shocked and appalled. There is an opportunity for some retraining here. This is unacceptable unsanitary.

This place is great. The water is only . 25¢ a gallon and the small bag of ice is . 99¢ so it's a bargain. They also sell drinks, candy, but most importantly my favorite-ice cream. They have around 10 different flavors and you can get either a sugar cone or a cup. They sell it by the scoop with I believe 3 scoops being the max. The best part is the price. I believe it's only $1.25 a scoop! I go there everytime I pass by. I just have to stop and get a scoop. I don't care how cold it is outside. I recommend this place to anyone who loves ice cream. For that price you'll be like myself and get 3 scoops everytime. Lol.

Was closed prabbaly an hr or more before the time they have listed, no holidays when I came.
The outdoor machine has the wrong price per gallon and dispenses more if you throw in change and select 5 gals at one time vs 1 gal per quarter.
Little disappointing I couldn't come inside and swipe a card to fill all my jugs since that was what i was expecting, lucky I had change in the car for a couple. Would have gone to a further store if I knew.
It takes less than 5 mins to update a GMB listing. Less than 5 bucks to have the vinyl signage on the machine correct. Should I wonder if the filters in the back are good or was the 5 mins to call the filter vendor at the end of yesterday too much? Prabbaly will go to a different place in the future.

We always come into this location because we get pizza then ice cream for us and the kids. Well this time my baby who’s autistic was excited to order her own ice cream tried to tell the Latina working there the flavor she wanted and she ignored her. Then the white girl was rude as well, they always have an attitude when we come in here it’s not the first time. The time it rubbed me wrong because my daughter is two and she was just really happy and once she felt ignored she said mommy her no listen and I said she wants chocolate and she rolled her eyes I said which chocolate one baby and she pointed so I told her then I asked if I could have the cone in a cup so baby could carry her own ice cream she rolled her eyes again. I ordered my ice cream and we paid I said thank you mind you neither one of them talked much. A boy came in asked if they fill the jugs themselves she said you fill it and pointed rudely. As we’re walking out the store both my scoops fall off my code because they weren’t pressed into the cone or one another like they have been at other water and ice stores. The ice cream I can get over but the service and the lack of communication to children is crazy and I’ve asked for a manager or the owners info before and a young white boy said we don’t have their info like what idk who runs this establishment but maybe you need a revamp on employees or a service discussion

I go there all the time and I mostly pay with card, I haven't had an issue so far they helped fill the jugs my experience so far hope it doesn't change or I'll came back and remove my 4 star lol

This is a great water place! The staff are friendly and helpful. The ice cream is delicious. And of course, the water is affordable and good to drink. There's a small fee for using a card as a payment but I get it honestly.
I don't know if this place is family owned and operated, but it has that feel. They are always super friendly, and helpful. Willing to work with you on things, great vibes!!! Moving out of the neighborhood and wish I could have this place near my new neighborhood!!! Wish this place success!!! Mandy & Mike
