I don't know if this place is family owned and operated, but it has that feel. They are always super friendly, and helpful. Willing to work with you on things, great vibes!!! Moving out of the neighborhood and wish I could have this place near my new neighborhood!!! Wish this place success!!! Mandy & Mike

Friendly help me filled water when I had several water gallons and clean store
The only place that I have found has 8lbs bags of ice.
Best prices anywhere, great filter equipment, helps us fill and load 5gal bottles onto his carts, sells great ice for fair prices, sells lots of candy, sodas and ice cream. Now everyone knows they may close 15 minutes early and he expects children to respect adults so get there earlier and say please & thank you!!!! I enjoyed reading the winers crying about their feelings bla bla bla, thx everyone I needed a good laugh!!! The poor guy provides the cheapest water refills in town, works all the time to keep his business alive and provide a inexpensive products to lots of people who appreciate all he does!
Great place for Water & Ice! Better days/hours than the place I used to go to on Brown&Mesa. Get the prepaid account!! Makes it $.20 a gallon and they have a way better filtration system than stand-alone units in front of grocery/convenience stores!! Great ice for less money!!
Always have a great experience with the owner and the staff. Helpful and considerate.Their ice cream is the best! This place is what all neighborhood shop should aspire to be.
Great water! Best prices! Highly recommend.
We love this little place. There is always a friendly face or two at the counter greeting you on your way in. Being a family-run store, the friendly faces often belong to the owner and one or more of his kids and their high school friends who seem to be doing homework (kudos for that!) in between helping customers get 5-gallon jugs of water out to their vehicles. We have a prepaid account and generally buy several hundred gallons up front, rather than pay every single time we fill a few jugs while out running errands, so that's convenient. They have a good variety of snacks and soft drinks available, but what I sometimes just can't resist is the ice cream. Even in December. It doesn't get cold enough around here to be too cold to enjoy a sweet and creamy scoop or two. You KNOW you want some. See you there!

I have a service dog for disabilities. I stopped at water Express and was told I was not allowed to bring my service animal in. This store owner needs to learn his ADA laws.Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is normally allowed to go. State statute says, Public place means any office or place of business or recreation to which the general public is invited, whether operated by a public or private entity.
So I love this store although when I go in at 15 minutes prior to 8:00 and all the ice cream is already put away and they say they can’t help me. I refuse to give a bad review for employees doing what they are not supposed to do. I sat here outside for the next 15 minutes as they sat inside with the lights off and then at 8 they turned the open sign off and left the store. Why bother staying if they won’t help any customers ? Just makes me wonder how often this does happen.
I have been going here for many years and get a half gallon of rocky road and or water only had issues with outside water fill a couple times not filling jugs but it's more reliable inside for sure.
Twice I have had to use the outside water to fill my jugs because of them being closed. Both times the one on the left, when standing in front of them, has not filled up all the way and the one on the right always overfills. I did speak to the owner and he was rude both times. He hasn't fixed the problem. I am not into giving money away, even if just $0.25.
Best water and the best service in town!!! Great local store and still only a quarter for a gallon of water. Support local ❤
