This place has consistently gone down hill. We ordered a burger with just cheese and ketchup on it and they put mustard, ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a few slices of lettuce on it. Not even a full slice, and on top of it all it took almost 20 minutes to get our food via the drive through.

I came in a few days ago and the person behind the counter gave me such a gross look when she turned around and realized I needed to place an order. I shrugged it off and placed my order with no issues. After I went to the soda machine I noticed that the machine was out of Dave’s Orange Cream soda so I asked nicely if Destinee could fill up my 3 cups with the soda I wanted and she looked annoyed again? She came back with my 3 cups filled with dark soda? I asked if that was Dave’s Cream soda and she replied “that’s Coke Orange Cream soda!” and walked away? I then kindly asked what I assumed was a manager if I could pls have some Dave’s Cream soda because that’s what I asked for and Destinee over heard me ask and replied “that’s not what he asked for!” What a terrible response and customer service I thought. The manger lady looked annoyed as well and after a few mins she brought me back Dave’s Cherry Cream soda? I wasn’t going to complain but it seems like the work environment there is clearly toxic. If these people don’t like to work with the public then why are they working there? The food was terrible and everytime I’ve gone in the people working are rude. I work at a restaurant and I would never treat a customer like that. The customer is always right only in matters of taste but when a customer goes out of the way to write a google review something is clearly wrong. These people need new management and to be re trained!! Look at some of the reviews for this place!

Second time im walking out of here after standing by register WAITING TO ORDER. Employees looking at me and turning their back. Its not even rush hour. Wow. I wont be back to this location. POORLY MANAGED. LET ALONE THE BUMS THEY HAVE HAMGING OUT CHARGING THEIR PHONE. . . .....PLENTY OTHER FOOD SPOTS I CAN SPEND MY MONEY. DEI HIRES ALL THROUGHOUT HERE. SMH

It didn't take long for someone to ring me up, but it took too long to get my sammich. I know because I FINISHED my Frosty waiting. Also, my sammich was supposed to be a Dave's Double, with cheese, plain and dry. What I had when I got to my shop, was a small double for kids, no cheese, WITH bacon, and sauces on it to the max. I should have gone to WhataBurger, but I wanted A Frosty too. Next time I'll take a shake instead.
