We normally love Wendy's and go to a different location but tonight we had to go to this one and everything went wrong: 1) we pre-ordered through the app but then one entree we had already paid for was apparently not available when we got to the store to pick up; 2) they let us choose whatever we wanted as a replacement so I got the classic Asiago chicken sandwich without any alterations, and they gave me the spicy one instead 3) we upgraded the fries on my partner's combo to be a large but the container was only half full, so we might as well have just kept the medium and saved the upcharge; and 4) I found a hair in my sandwich that was absolutely not mine. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.

I genuinely do not understand how I ended up with a piece of chicken🤮🤮 on my burger and shredded lettuce when it’s usually pieces??! I usually go to the location off Arizona ave but accidentally placed it at this location so I am even more upset this is how I got my food. This is absolutely gross to find a COMPLETELY different piece of meat on my burger! I get trying to be fast but that will lead you to getting people sick or food violations. This is crazy work!!!

This place has consistently gone down hill. We ordered a burger with just cheese and ketchup on it and they put mustard, ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a few slices of lettuce on it. Not even a full slice, and on top of it all it took almost 20 minutes to get our food via the drive through.

This Wendy’s sucks why do these people keep messing up these orders like are they high? The most simplest order to and still managed to mess it up and give me the wrong one
I came in a few days ago and the person behind the counter gave me such a gross look when she turned around and realized I needed to place an order. I shrugged it off and placed my order with no issues. After I went to the soda machine I noticed that the machine was out of Dave’s Orange Cream soda so I asked nicely if Destinee could fill up my 3 cups with the soda I wanted and she looked annoyed again? She came back with my 3 cups filled with dark soda? I asked if that was Dave’s Cream soda and she replied “that’s Coke Orange Cream soda!” and walked away? I then kindly asked what I assumed was a manager if I could pls have some Dave’s Cream soda because that’s what I asked for and Destinee over heard me ask and replied “that’s not what he asked for!” What a terrible response and customer service I thought. The manger lady looked annoyed as well and after a few mins she brought me back Dave’s Cherry Cream soda? I wasn’t going to complain but it seems like the work environment there is clearly toxic. If these people don’t like to work with the public then why are they working there? The food was terrible and everytime I’ve gone in the people working are rude. I work at a restaurant and I would never treat a customer like that. The customer is always right only in matters of taste but when a customer goes out of the way to write a google review something is clearly wrong. These people need new management and to be re trained!! Look at some of the reviews for this place!

Second time im walking out of here after standing by register WAITING TO ORDER. Employees looking at me and turning their back. Its not even rush hour. Wow. I wont be back to this location. POORLY MANAGED. LET ALONE THE BUMS THEY HAVE HAMGING OUT CHARGING THEIR PHONE. . . .....PLENTY OTHER FOOD SPOTS I CAN SPEND MY MONEY. DEI HIRES ALL THROUGHOUT HERE. SMH

Just got Doordash from here and they didn't give us no straws. No fries with the Wednesday meal we got. No Wednesday dipping sauce. Like come people get it together. Ugh
