Charged over $5 Xtra for original chicken instead of grilled on my pecan salad. The entire salad was $8.49 & very small. I have this order all the time at different locations and it's nothing like this
I had a great experience at the drive thru. The young gentleman, Erick, on my ticket #3132 knocked it out of the park in his customer service skills. I really enjoyed my trip there this time.

Shitty food service, asked for 2 orders of saucy nuggets with honey bbq only received plain nuggets no sauce for both. Waited 20 minutes while they serviced 4 people behind me and then i received an order missing a fry and burger I paid for as well as no condiments spoons for my icecream no napkins or sauce. All while I could hear the employees giggling and being loud whilst ordering and paying. Will not be returning… would rather give my money to McDonald’s where they give enough of a crap to give me a correct order.

Wendy’s dropped the ball on the krabby patty kollab.. it’s basically a Wendy’s meal with SpongeBob stickers.
We just went through the drive-through and paid $23 for two burgers and no fries with the combo meal thank you and when I asked if everything was in the bag, I was told it was no straw for the pop and the lady running. The drive-through initially was very dismissive. You couldn’t really get a word in edgewise she made you feel like you were an idiot if you asked a question so yeah bang up job.

Waited 7 minutes for someone to even come to the front counter (the restaurant was empty and it was 7:10 pm), order a burger only ketchup and got it with everything on it. Took them another 6-7 minutes to remake it.
