Food was delicious. Cashier/drive thru person was very good. Patient, efficient, and polite. One girl was just standing around in the back while it was busy. Otherwise, everything else was on point.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a large coke. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the kindest person I’ve come across working the drive thru. Her name is Latoya. She was so sweet and friendly and just made my day with her smile and positive energy. I hope she’s recognized for her outstanding customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely freezing cold!!! Food was good! We tried the new asiago ranch chicken burger, and I always have the chili, which is always great! The fountain machine was rather dirty, but the rest of the dining room was very clean!!

Hands down my favorite Wendy's! Food drinks and service always good! We dined in last visit. Very pleasant. One of our sugar cookies wad hard and she exchanged it for a different one with a smile. Very good customer service!

Charged over $5 Xtra for original chicken instead of grilled on my pecan salad. The entire salad was $8.49 & very small. I have this order all the time at different locations and it's nothing like this
I had a great experience at the drive thru. The young gentleman, Erick, on my ticket #3132 knocked it out of the park in his customer service skills. I really enjoyed my trip there this time.

Shitty food service, asked for 2 orders of saucy nuggets with honey bbq only received plain nuggets no sauce for both. Waited 20 minutes while they serviced 4 people behind me and then i received an order missing a fry and burger I paid for as well as no condiments spoons for my icecream no napkins or sauce. All while I could hear the employees giggling and being loud whilst ordering and paying. Will not be returning… would rather give my money to McDonald’s where they give enough of a crap to give me a correct order.
