I had a great experience at the drive thru. The young gentleman, Erick, on my ticket #3132 knocked it out of the park in his customer service skills. I really enjoyed my trip there this time.

Food was good, hot and fast. But one of the employees who was off the clock and not in uniform kept screaming to the workers in the back and then "apologizing" to the patrons in the restaurant. It was very annoying and rude!

Best Wendy’s I’ve been too ever super fast with hot food and great customer service and top of the line staff the Wendy’s right down the road on Warner and Val vista was the worst one I’ve ever been to made me cancel my order after waiting 30mins so I come here and I’m sure glad I found this one.
