Went through the drive thru and ordered 1 meal. Order was not read back, no total given. Just come to the second window. Worker opened the window and just said my total. No greeting at all. I asked for specific sauce and he just said ya and turned around and walked away. As I waited, they were all inside laughing and goofing around. He handed my bag and closed the window. Said nothing. After I pulled away, he had put no sauce in the bag. I’m usually not one to do reviews but I am sick of these kids not giving a crap! Do better at training these employees! The sandwich was also try as can be! NO SAUCE!

Whichever one of your little short blonde employees that was working the cashier position this Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 around 3:00p-3:30p. You really need to re-coach her on her attitude towards customers. My girlfriend, was simply trying to come in to get something to eat before she had to go to work. And whoever this employee was, was unnecessarily rude. My girlfriend, who has an intellectual/developmental disability was having problems with her app and this employee is rolling her eyes, sighing deeply, and speaking to my girlfriend in a rude tone? “That’s not how you order…” what happened to being trained on kindness towards your customers. I can tell this location doesn’t prioritize that. We spend a lot of money at this location, but there’s many factors that are soon gonna drive us to a different location…

We stopped for a late dinner after a long day. I believe it was about 10 pm tonight. The person working the drive through was unfriendly and seemed genuinely annoyed to be at work. We pulled through to get our food and the pops weren't marked, they forgot the frosties, then no spoons for the frosties. Our meals were completely cold. Worst Wendy's experience I have ever had.

Honestly, I find it very easy to order just for me and my mom and what we really usually order since my mom she doesn't know how to speak in English but her accent is too strong so I have to order What she likes so whenever I told her when I'm going to get she says to get the same thing for her she loves it. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the service is outstanding but most importantly we enjoy taking our time and just love the fact that we can actually sit and look outside the window and just being greeted at the cash register just in time for them to ask what it is and my mom is looking for a place for us to say that and I order what we need to eat and it's just amazing I love this place my mom and I will always keep going here and my mom doesn't like to watch TV but I told her where there to eat not to watch TV so even though we're both happy that we found a place that we can enjoy together as you know mother and daughter time. May I suggest that if they can take a picture of their menus and make it a clear picture don't use your cell phone but an actual camera so you can actually put it up onto your website for this address because my mom and I are looking forward to visit again and thanks to the work of some of them are starting to notice me and my mom coming regularly but and we're waiting for a vehicle to get fixed so that we can keep on going to this to this location because we love it there and Martina and Curtis and a couple of others who I happen to glance over to their name tags they are so super nice and so friendly and that the last time I was there there was a couple it was the first time standing right behind me and I heard it the lady asking her husband that she can't see any girls you wanted to find out where the list of where the nuggets are at I pointed it out to them to where it was and they were both stunned when they heard me you know ordering what my mom and I wanted and they were I mean everything is so fast and my mom loves their burgers and they show them I showed my mom that receipt and she says this is a lot better cheaper than McDonald's and Burger King so we making we're going to make it a habit of going there and whenever my mom was hungry cuz I take care of my mom and she loves it. My mom and I have decided that this is our go-to place from now on and I even pointed out to her that you guys have the best ice cream cups and I have forgotten that Wendy's actually has chili in the last time I had chili I think it was what four and a half years ago so it's kind of hard not to remember the Kmart that used to be in that area where that nuke complex of apartments are at.

Ordered large chile, was about 2/3 full. Unable to eat it as it apparently been wiped off with a cloth/rag with some kind of disinfectant on it. The “soapy/disinfectant” smell was overpowering. Won’t be stopping at this Wendy’s again!
Absolute worst Chicken Sandwich that I’ve had in a long time. The chicken is a reheated smashed chicken patty that was over cooked and dry. The bread was dry and crumbled when attempting to bit the sandwich. The JR bacon cheeseburger was cold and the only thing that was cooked correctly was the bacon. That was a positive. I never thought that I would live long enough to see Wendy’s get this bad!

Good clean and fast..... Not fast anymore it takes them forever to take your order and then they park you even if there is no one in line behind you then they take forever to remember to bring it out to you. Hit and miss with your app working. Always sketchy people around. Even with the new apartments right now door.

This wendys was probably one of the cleanest wendys I've ever been in Service was really good too. The people working looked happy and had cheerful dispositions. We got the krabby patties. We loved it, bit felt tye effort was on the low end. No special wrapper, or logo or hint of spongebob anywhere,no souvenir etc. They gave a sheet with some stickers on it. But the krabby patty showed no trace of bikini bottom. It looked like a regular Wendy's burger but it identified as a krabby patty so we just played along and made the most of it and we had fun.
