Made an online order and they weren't finished by the time I got there, even though no one else is even here. When I got my food, they forgot lettuce on my burger and forgot to EVEN COOK the burger. Disgusting!

I came in last night and me and my wife had a flat tire and a kid I think names maliki came out and changed the tire for us and while he was helping the battery on my car died and he stilled helped ups jump the car. He was such a sweet heart. Despite of his tattoos. Food was trash tho.

This Wendy's was absolutely empty and I can see why. I ordered a caramel cream cold brew and they gave me a nasty plain cold brew. I've gotten the same drink at other locations and I could tell just looking at it that it wasn't made right. They literally had no other customers so I'm not sure how they managed to screw up so bad. Just go to the new location over on University, even busy they at least can make there own products right. Can't believe I wasted over $3 on plain nasty coffee I had to bring home and fix myself anyway.

It’s really embarrassing - how pathetic - the food is. I ordered two Junior Baconator sandwiches - no ketchup, and got two sandwiches, that didn’t add up to a single meal. Totally pathetic. I hadn’t eaten there in two years - and I’ll never eat there again. Total mistake on my part - that won’t be repeated! Bankruptcy is in their future - don’t waste good money on this slop.

I don't go to Wendy's often. Mostly if it is very convenient and I'm super hungry. I got the Asiago chicken sandwich and a soda water. They charged me for the water, and I had half a piece of lettuce in my sandwich. Next time, I'll go across the street to Chick fil a.
If you want stale cold food and your order completely wrong, this is the place for you. Can’t even place a simple pick up order without it getting screwed up. Got told to pull around, waited 20 minutes for food that was COLD. Not room temp, COLD and wrong. Nuggets and burger patties were so stale it was like someone found them under the stove a week ago and served them. I’m 100% convinced at this point after multiple disgusting orders you guys are serving literal Garbage at this location.

The inside is always empty yet every time I come here, I wait at least 15 minutes to pick up my mobile order that was placed 10 minutes prior. Service is terrible, no one ever smiles or greats people. Most times there is something wrong with my order. Doesn't matter how many times I use the receipt feedback survey, this place just needs to close down.

I had a baconator sandwich & a salty caramel frosty for lunch. I'm in love with the frosty. It's to die for, wow. It's addictive!!! Also the food was hot, service great, clean place & they've got cinnabons w/ icing on top. I'll try that item next time really soon.
