Front desk person didn’t know how to take orders. Just wanted to change one order to another and she typed 3 other orders that I didn’t want. Manager also very rude and acted like he was bothered to come and make corrections. My sandwiches were done incorrectly and had to go back and have them changed. Manager again without any apologies and acted like we were bothering him.

Not sure why, but fries are not as good as they used to be. Soggy tasteless..yucky. burgers are OK. Their new pineapple frosty is pretty good. Chocolate frosty tasted weak, watered down. Not as chocolate as used to be. Overall pretty disappointing.

Brought my son there looked on the menu and what I wanted was no longer on it. I was confused as I had seen it on there a few weeks back. I asked an employee in which asked the manager if they had what I wanted still... He said yes they have that, but it wasn't on the menu. I said how are people supposed to know what you sell if you don't have it on the menu. He told me that I need to just ask.. and walked away! The other gentleman that helped me was very nice. How am I supposed to know... Just rude!

10/6/24 10:43 am. The young man at the counter was new and had questions for the manager on duty. She was a shorter girl with long, dark hair, and she wore the headset I assume was drive-thru. His questions were met with a demeaning, snippy attitude, and she was just rude. There was no call for her to be acting like that in front of customers. If that is training, then no wonder no one wants to work there. The burgers were far from fresh a well. We will not be back.
ive come here many times in my life and every time there is always something wrong with the order or they just forget half the order.. this time I wanted to try the new Cinnabon pull aparts.. 1stly they were not pull apart they just threw them in a cup and drizzled icing on top, 2ndly why was the flavor lemony.. i was expecting normal cinnamon rolls as advertised.. no where does it say it tastes lemony.. just disappointed at this point.. probably won't come back anymore seen as it's always something bad, the cashier was completely brain dead.. like every single worker had to come up and help him check me and multiple other orders out.. it was sad, why do these places hire incompetent people and put them at the very front of their business

Ordered baconator fries recently and all they put in it was cold shredded cheese and even colder fries with stale bacon bits. No sauce whatsoever. Multiple other times when I've been it’s taken ages just to get my order but with no napkins or utensils, expect cold food on the regular.
