Really good people that works there but only problem I have is that everytime I order the 2 for $3 biscuits it's always soggy like not crispy like others wendy's. Please cook your biscuits more but other then that it's perfect. Other people on here complaining about the inside yea ok try going to Oakland , San Francisco, and Stockton where I came from and I bet y'all gonna appreciate this wendy's like it's from belvery hills

My family and I went there for some lunch today. Got thru the ordering process no issues. As we went to find a table,there were puddles of water on the floor also looked like mold. I let the staff know and they behaved like it didn't matter. I reminded them that they were risking someone falling and risking a lawsuit. Finally mopped it up and put a sign up. Staff was telling me roof always leaks when it rains.

Food was fresh despite the late hour,Was extremely unimpressed with the way we were treated, person taking our order was very short with us, and gave us no time to answer. When my partner politely said we weren’t done ordering, he got told “well you didn’t respond so I just assumed.” Even though my partner had briefly turned to me to ask what I wanted to eat. Not impressed with our service we received.

Went through the drive through this morning at the Baseline and Ellsworth location. It was approximately 8:50 am. The girl who took my order was not very competent. She never asked if I'd like small, medium, or large. She just assumed that I wanted small. When I got to the window I tried to explain it to her, but she cut me off rudely. She got my drink wrong. The food was good, but there wasn't enough of it. I WON'T BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION!!

Best breakfast biscuits anywhere!Always hot, moist and crispy around the edges.Sad though that Wendy's has shrunk their portion sizes so noticeably. The lunch/dinner food is even worse. Last time we got a Jr bacon cheeseburger, the meat was right about 1/4" thick. There was 6x as much bread as meat. Even the tomato slicer were thicker then the meat.We hardly eat here at all anymore because of it.

A bit frozen, but they tried, I hope they get better, must've been in a rush. This location is a gamble, 5 stars most of the time. But having a non verbal/rudeness at the drive thru window isn't going to get you returning customers.
