Self checkout was left needing to be signed into by an employee, stood at the counter getting ignored by all employees for 10 minutes before I had to leave because my lunch break was ending

I went to Wendy’s for something simple. Quiet. Efficient.
Chicken nuggets. A chicken sandwich. French fries. A soda.

The fries came out burnt. Not crispy—burnt. Like they’d already been through a fight and lost.
The chicken nuggets were overdone. Tough. Dry. They didn’t survive the heat.
The chicken sandwich? Acceptable. It understood the assignment.

Then I went for a soda. Most of the flavor options were out.
You don’t take a man’s choices. That’s how things escalate.

I ate my meal in silence. I left without making a scene.
But understand this—
I noticed.

Wendy’s used to be a place of balance. Today, it was chaos.

I used to come to this location regularly last year. Service was always good back then. Went back today for the first time in a long time. Ordered at the kiosk because there were no employees to be seen. When the employees finally appeared, it seemed to only be because there was a car at the drive thru. My name was up on the screen, so I knew the order had been placed, but they just ignored it (and me, standing at the counter) to focus on the drive thru orders. Finally got an employee and asked about my food. Turns out my burger had been made and had just been sitting there the whole time getting cold. No ketchup at the condiment area (meaning I had to go try to get an employee's attention again to get ketchup), and being out of Dr Pepper did not improve my attitude about this location.

Probably the worst experience at a Wendys in my life. The line was almost out the door, nobody working would even acknowledge the customers waiting. And there were multiple mistakes that happened to other customers just in the time we were waiting for our food. Bring in the robots cause the people at this location just aren’t cutting it.

I have been eating at Wendy’s since the early 80s. I’ve always enjoyed a good taco salad. However, today I ordered a taco salad and why is there hybridized corn on my salad? I had to pick all of it out before I could start eating. Also, what happened to the salsa this creamy style dressing that they now give you is something I really don’t like. I’d rather the fresh salsa instead. Also it’s more calories. To my surprise today, the salad plate has also changed too much much smaller
I know prices are high salad can’t cost that much! They also changed the standard chips they used to have for some type of season chips. They’re OK, but I still like the original triangular shaped chips. I also noticed that the chili it’s more beans than anything else. It still taste OK but lots and lots of beans so if you can’t digest beans while I would suggest bypassing that.
I’m quite disappointed because of course the prices have gone up, but I’m getting less quality I think in my overall meal. However, I do like the new team uniforms. I guess that’s where my money is going?

Worst service ever! Lady told me to order from the kiosk bcuz she was busy. All I wanted to know was when lunch was served 1030 or 11am.
I waited till 1030 n used the kiosk, n it wasn't taking my card. So I waited again n the lady got an attitude with me when I proved her wrong about her kiosk not working.
She's a big Latino woman who wears her sunglasses inside.

This has got to be the worst Wendy’s location. Every time we try giving it another try we’re just disappointed. The customer service is terrible, the employees act like they hate their job. Today was no different, they got our order wrong, the fries were burnt, nuggets hard and they forgot our tipping sauce. We’ll just start driving out of our way and go to another Wendy’s location from now on.
