Went through the drive-thru and ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and a medium fry. The fries were obviously sitting for a while because they were cold and hard. The junior bacon cheeseburger was okay. They got my order wrong and tried to charge me for three junior bacon cheeseburgers they did correct that before my card was charged.

Went in the drive thru tonight. I believe the manager/lead attended me tonight. She was very nice and positive. Always nice to come across kind people like this. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service and my order was delicious! Couldn’t have been a much more perfect Sunday.

Unreal. Was hoping for something tasty and affordable for my family after a long day moving into the area. Instead I spent 65 dollars and was missing drinks, given multiple wrong items, and the food is sloppy, cold, and a mess of condiments and soggy bread. Had an awesome Wendy’s back where I used to live, and always was a go to for me and my family of 6. Good to know early on that this store is one to be avoided, and will chalk the excessive amount of money spent as a lesson learned.
These guys are literally the best wendys I've ever been to. Always fresh, always fast, and always nice workers. Thanks and keep up the good work

The customer service there is horrible, the girl at the window seems as if she hates it there. The manager himself had no customer service, my app was not applying the discount on the $15 and the manager just said well its not working instead of having some sort of customer service and trying to help. They did not help, I got annoyed and just paid what it was without the $3 off.
