Today is thought I would give Wendy's another chance. My order is never right never get what I ask for and the food was cold. Tried calling but like always they never answer the phone. Paid $50 to not be happy.

Ordered meal with a large Frosty. Was given a medium Frosty through drive thru but wasn't sure until pulling out. Went back in to ask if size given was a large and they stated that it was a medium, but they were out of large cups. Sort of floored that I was never given the option to select a large fountain drink or even told of the issue they were having. Additionally, if they had large fountain cups, could they not have just given me a Frosty in one if those? It's it really a better decision that choosing to deceive a customer and give them less than what they paid for without an explanation or an offering of a remedy.

The restaurant smelled so bad inside that my friends and I walked out as fast as we walked in. Horrible rotten egg smell. The restaurant had a lot of customers that were just sitting there eating in that foul smelling environment. Ugh

I'm a huge Wendy's fan. This particular store was the absolute worst. People moved like snails (stood in line for 10 minutes) watching one girl stare at the screen, one dude is laying French fries on the serving counter and then picking them up and putting them in the bag, not one person in gloves. Cashier takes orders, makes food without washing his hands, and the food was absolutely horrible. I hope this isn't a trend. There was literally nothing good about this visit. At all.

Great customer service. Staff was super friendly and we received our food promptly. Food was excellent. Would recommend. I will be back.
