This is the only Wendy's location that always gives me stale fries and it is always half empty even if I order a large. I will always make sure to avoid this

If I could leave a zero review I would. I went through the drive through and ordered $6.48 worth of items and was given a reprint receipt of of order. When I checked my bank account that evening I noticed I was charged $23.48 so I called the store to ask why I was over charged $17. Apparently I paid for someone else’s food. I asked for a refund and they had me go all the way back to the store and the “refund” for the $17 shows a positive but also the negative pending cleared meaning I didn’t get a refund. I asked for my refund in cash and was refused. All I want is my $17 that was stolen from me but the “GM” at this store was a complete jerk and not helpful at all. I should have been given a full refund of $23 because of the whole situation. I’m beyond annoyed at this point. I just want my money and will absolutely never go to this Wendy’s ever again.

The new Frostys suck! Why don’t they call them what they are Chocolate Cool whip, no weight, no substance, smaller and more expensive…… we will look elsewhere for our next treat ! Wendy’s inflation, shrinkflation, and cheap quality has lost us as customers!

Managers that were there (30 year old guys looking angry that they work at Wendy's) were super unprofessional and rude kept asking what do you want me to do well I wanted you to get my order right in the first place so I didn't have to drive all the way back from work lmao every time you go to this location triple check your items
