We were there and we bought cinnamon bites and the buns with sausage and they were hard and some without sausages, also the lady who works there served us with a super bad mood and very reluctantly, I will never buy there again, terrible service.👎

Watched the cashier take an obvious fake $100 bill from another customer. She didn't know how to even test it. She knew it wasnt real. Gave the customer change for it anyways. Incompetent people working here.

One of the bakers had her cellphone in her gloved hands then kept on touching the dough, other workers were around her, no one said anything, she didn’t changed gloves either, someone tell her, them, why that’s unsanitary. In serious need of trainingPic was taken 12/29/23 around 1pm

Supposed to open at 10 am and didn't have food ready till 11 :14 am
Staff was hesitant but very helpful. Payment kiosk was not functioning properly but we got it done. The new churro ? bites were good although I think they had a little too much chocolate for our tastes. We purchased both caramel and sweet cream dip as well to round out the taste sensation. Sadly, I felt the soda prices are a bit high but that did not distract from the the deliciousness of the pretzel experience.

I will not do business with a store that doesn't post a menu with prices. I'm sure they aren't outrageous but the don't show any prices in the store. They don't even list the available options.

As my pal nick miller would say “this is some watered down nonsense! you are some no good shysters” it was 15$ for a pretzel and a drink. The worker claimed it was inflation but I gobble my weekly sonic pretzel for 1.99$. So explain that one for me Tiffany. they forgot to give us our lemonade and acted annoyed when asking for something we already purchased. Then also didn’t give us any dip when it was asked for. One of the workers apologized but the other seemed annoyed that we were even asking for food.

Got a pizza pretzel and sauce for $8. Really expensive for that. Sams pizza pretzel is 100 times better with tons of extra cheese. And it's cheaper.

Receipt says employee #2036, a young girl , ordered cinnabitz she made it very sloppy, and messy, had no care in her customer service.
