Staff was hesitant but very helpful. Payment kiosk was not functioning properly but we got it done. The new churro ? bites were good although I think they had a little too much chocolate for our tastes. We purchased both caramel and sweet cream dip as well to round out the taste sensation. Sadly, I felt the soda prices are a bit high but that did not distract from the the deliciousness of the pretzel experience.

Top 3 pretzel bites were kind of fresh the rest were hard as rocks this was at 2 in the afternoon. Absolutely terrible and over $7 for a cup of day old pretzel bites. Looks like most people are finding this place terrible.

$4.5 for a regular drink and not refills this place is a joke I paid almost $16.00 for a combo and the food is not worth it.

Not only did this guy mess up my order but didn't give me a receipt and if you know this place you are supposed to get one or your order is free. Well he didn't do that either. Then proceeded to speak to the other person in another language and tell me no he don't care Food is cold and got something we didn't even want. So no I don't recommend this place. On top of all that I saw the guy pour the drink back into the mixer.

Horrible place, expired food. Never go there it was so nasty. This used to be my favorite place until they gave me this and I took a bite and all of it was sour and nasty.
I will not do business with a store that doesn't post a menu with prices. I'm sure they aren't outrageous but the don't show any prices in the store. They don't even list the available options.

As my pal nick miller would say “this is some watered down nonsense! you are some no good shysters” it was 15$ for a pretzel and a drink. The worker claimed it was inflation but I gobble my weekly sonic pretzel for 1.99$. So explain that one for me Tiffany. they forgot to give us our lemonade and acted annoyed when asking for something we already purchased. Then also didn’t give us any dip when it was asked for. One of the workers apologized but the other seemed annoyed that we were even asking for food.

Black Friday at the mall, a little kid knocks over my drink that I got from wetz's pretzels. I went over to the cashier asking for a refill and she said that they charge over $2 for a refill! I'm like," all the stores that open next door to you don't charge for refills why do you?" All I got was raised eyebrows and said "oh well." That's when I noticed that the cups were white non-logod or branded. I think the owner of this business tries to cut corners wherever possible. It's a good thing that they got great pretzels because their customer service sucks.

Clueless and rude staff and unbelievably overpriced. I will NEVER go here again. I hope the business goes bankrupt within the next number of years because their current business model is not working!

Ok I fell in lust with this place since they came out with their pepperoni pizza pretzels and pizza sauce but we didn't get one of those this time around we got a regular pretzel with cheese and pizza sauce with a medium lemonade to drink. Our pretzel had just finished cooking when we got it those are the best kind because it's like biting into heaven and if you dip it into some of the tasty pizza sauce first you'll love it even better. There's no better way to quench your thirst after eating a super salty hot pretzel than with some of their lemonade it taste almost like your homemade lemonade and it's fantastic we prefer this location it's quick friendly service so the line moves fast. I'm definitely staying a regular customer here.
