I am visiting from Texas and friends brought me to this place. The atmosphere was amazing then I meet the owner and he was telling about his brisket. He was bragging a little so I said would you like for me to give you an honested opinion. He said yes and brought me some to try. Well he knocked it out of the ball park. The brisket had all the right marks. The taste was out of this world. Southside BBQ in Bastrop, TX could surely learn a thing or two from this Arizona Native....
The food was above average for this type of joint! But the server Courtenay was the best in the business, friendly, happy, polite, fast! I waited tables for years and this girl is top notch! If you are in the mesa area and haven’t tried this place be sure to ask for Courtenay! You won’t be disappointedThanks Courtenay for your great service!
Live music, good food, and friendly staff. Prices for food and drink are moderate, not too crazy. We've been here a few times for breakfast as well as dinner, & always a good experience.
