Have only used the drive-thru. Not the greatest food but they are open 24 hours when you need them. A little awkward to get in and out of their driveway.

Today is the last time that I will stop at this Whataburger. They just can't seem to get an order correctly. In the past we have been missing fries, or jalapeños.We have ordered burgers with zero onions, only to find them loaded with onions. We have ordered unsweetened iced tea due to diabetes, only to have gotten sweet tea. Which leads us to today's order. Once again a burger loaded with onions, and a rancid iced tea.

Dine in order took 20min. Then they gave us the food in to go bags. Smh The patty was too salty 😞

This location was super clean! Every table that wasn't in use was spotless, the high chairs were clean and the bathroom was clean as well! The food was hot and delicious. I had a bacon cheese burger with green chile and some onion rings and everything was perfect. I got a free kids meal for my son. I had a great experience with every staff member I interacted with and the atmosphere was calm and casual. 10/10

I haven't been here in a long time and maybe I need to stay clearftom this place. Obviously, the manager was not too concerned that my son bit into a piece of plastic in his burger. Says we can come back within 7 days to redeem the meal. I mentioned fries were old and dry. He made it sound like I was trying to get all three meals replaced. After this experience, I don't think I want to come back at all.

Was told they were out of biscuits so I had to wait, which I decided to do. Was still given a jalapeno cheese biscuit. I can't eat that unfortunately due to allergies, so I didn't eat breakfast. I understand that I could have checked before leaving, but if they did their job properly, I shouldn't have to. It's not difficult to double check an order before giving it to the customer.

Food is predictable and decent. Customer service at the drive through with Ethan was probably the best I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant ever. He was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. He even delivered my food to a parking space that he politely requested I pull up to as the fries were still cooking.
Im not even reviewing the restaurant at this point, the outstanding service was all I cared about. I’m telling you all, Ethan is the pinnacle of drive through customer service

Very weak service. No ice, no tea the whole time we ate. They said they were making tea when we got there and I understand that takes time but there were several people standing around who could have gotten ice or at least put some in my cup from the back when I asked for it.
