Perfect customer service. The mushroom Swiss cheeseburger was so yummy & the only reason I go there lately since I retired from the Whataburger Dobson & Broadway as team leader a few decades ago.
I called ahead to see if they still had the mushroom Swiss limited time cheeseburger since I live far away & luckily they did. I hope it becomes a permanent mushroom Swiss cheeseburger indefinitely on their menu. It was juicy & the best kind of cheeseburger they have. 😋

Its deceiving to do th drive thru. There's no waiting...bc everyone's @ a #'d parking spot, waiting 4 their food. Cust serv was poor. No one asked if we wanted any condiments, which I did. Won't b back any time soon.
I don't know how they do it. They make the burgers right in front of you, yet still manage to make it seem like it's a day old. Also, somehow it's always cold. They must be cooking with magic, that doesn't use heat at all.

I recently visited Whataburger and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot Mexican coffee but was charged for a cold coffee instead. When I brought the mistake to the worker's attention, she responded in a whiny voice, "I already made it." I was then told it would be a 5-minute wait for the correct order. However, after waiting for 5 minutes, I was handed another cold brewed coffee by the lazy workers. To top it off, my sandwich was cold and just unappetizing. This visit was far from satisfactory, and I expected better service and quality from Whataburger.
