Crew members were messing around the whole time. Waited 20 minutes to get our food. Ended up being the wrong order twice and the wrong drink. Had to wait another five minutes to get the correct order. Staff has no idea what they’re doing completely dysfunctional and the two ladies that were working kept messing around and I don’t think I saw them do a single thing while I was there

I went through the drive-thru and they received my order quickly and correctly. The only bummer was the 5 cars in front of me. But the line went quickly and the food was ok. Frys were a bit cold and my burger was missing a couple items that I requested. But, still the best deal anywhere for a burger meal. Good stuff, Maynard.

Another whataburger same food higher price and slower service at these locations but most it made fresh when you get there there prices keep going up for no reason today and they are buding to many stores to
They are amazing to work with. They cater all our work events always so helpful and efficient. Love this place
So frustrated had not been here in a long time we felt like burgers tonight waited in the drive thru line a good 20 minutes , ok the food will be hot well that was not the case it was Luke warm at best and we did not get our full order and it cost $28.61 for shitty food never again will I go to this restaurant.
This place is a joke, made two orders and its over 10 minutes now, its not even full either i count only 3 tables in use, then when I first showed up I was ignored until I had to speak up about it and the customer who was helped and came in after me even told the employees I was here first, this is just pure unprofessionalism. Not going to be coming back, seriously how long does it take to make two burgers..
I ordered my food and clearly asked for ketchup. I received my food, dry burger with no sauce at all. Had to drive back to the store to get my sauce and asked for one BBQ sauce as compensation for having to drive back for the sauce (I cannot enjoy a dry burger and did not want it getting cold on the way home). The lady at the drive thru (clearly leadership) said no bbq sauce and it costs 43 cents. Even when I told her it would be for having to drive back, she said still no. lol lol so they will waste your time and gas but be cheap over 43 cents? Zero sense of how good customer service. Wow.

Perfect customer service. The mushroom Swiss cheeseburger was so yummy & the only reason I go there lately since I retired from the Whataburger Dobson & Broadway as team leader a few decades ago. I called ahead to see if they still had the mushroom Swiss limited time cheeseburger since I live far away & luckily they did. I hope it becomes a permanent mushroom Swiss cheeseburger indefinitely on their menu. It was juicy & the best kind of cheeseburger they have. 😋 From a happy customer & retired Whataburger team leader

Never received complete order. Sandwich was extremely messy and spicy ordered patty melt and received Monterey melt. Don’t know how much I spent because I did not get a receipt
