I would always recommend this place but lately everytime I come here they get my order wrong. I ordered no onions and got onions. Asked for no salt on my fries and I think they made them extra salty on purpose. Kinda glad they opened that in N out down the street.

I decided to get lunch for my wife and her mother today and what an ordeal it was. I ordered on the Whatabuger app for curbside pickup. Placed my order, paid and went to get it. I get to Whataburger and per the app I enter my curbside space number and wait. There was a range from 11:47 to 11:49. At 11:56 I went in and tired figure out what the delay was. She asked for my name I gave it. She went over and looked as some bags then came back and asked for my name again. I said my name is James and she says no the name on the order. I tell her agin I order curbside pickup. She then goes over to a bunch of bags and starts to get my drinks ready. About 5 minutes later a young man brings me my food and drinks. I ask if my food has been sitting there getting cold this whole time and he just has a blank look in his face and says my order didn’t show in the screen. No idea what that means to me but no sorry, no here’s a discount or anything. And yes the food was cold and this was my second time trying there new chicken wings and the first time there were good but this time they have little sauce and are dry and tough. Just not a good experience today at the Whataburger.

Ok, have been at the airport in Austin, (TX) at the restaurant chain and now here in Phoenix. I probably have a gourmet tongue. I'm just not blown away by the food here. In terms of flavour, there's a lot missing here for me to come back.

Got to check your order before you pull away. Multiple times I have ordered food delivered from here and had things missing. Usually small things in my personal experience. I'm tired of ordering my salads and not having forks to eat it with. Food is tasty but no sense if you have to act like a pig to eat it.

I give the food to stars Gracie my order should be crispy toast coming soft, The onion rings fried with old oil I can't eat it. we are 3 people I asked for ketchup They give me only three small packet, The servers nice place clean restroom clean. overall i'll give them 2 stars.

Average food, horrible to work out. The food is fine and similar to every other fast food chain (McDonald's, Burger King, ect.). Working here is a whole other level of bad. There is absolutely no upper management communication, and no training period. You are excepted to come in whenever asked with no training and do a job. Average food and horribly ran. Do not recommend
