Food was sloppy made Fry's cold dinning room was a mess frunk eas spilled on the floor so long it was drying up red 3 or 4 employees took breaks right in front of it. Not one person acknowledged it or cleaned it up every table was dirty then mind you that i stood there for 15 minutes wait to be helped

5525 at 9am extremely disappointing no customer service in the front counter and when a young lady showed up did not want to help or take my order in persion, Sad . manager was nowhere to be found this is why america is losing jobs. Bad service from younger generation.

The double whataburger is almost the triple size from the McDonalds (small Mac) sorry 😞 I messed up is called big mac! and is about the same price don’t waste your money McDonalds is just stealing your money!

This location is very clean. Dave was very friendly, greeted my daughter and I upon walking in, took our order and delivered our hot fresh meal to our table within 5 minutes all with a positive friendly attitude and a smile! My daughter loves burgers and states it was the best one she'd ever had from a fast food joint. We will definitely be back to this location for those quick on the go meal stops!
The manager Oscar made me feel welcome and he was the one who helped us, the area was super clean when I dined in and the music was a vibe.

I would give them zero if I could. I just came from this place. I ordered 9 different types of taquitos. The only one that was right was the bacon taquitos. I was supposed to get the rest as sausage and chorizo. They were egg and cheese that's it. I asked for red and green salsa. They gave me ketchup. Never seen such an incompetent group of people in my life. Also the lids were not secure on my drinks which caused them to spill out. Will never ever go here again The food takes forever and isn't even hot. Whataburger has really gone down hill. Unfortunately the staff is horrible too. Whoever manages this place should be fired because unfortunately his or her staff is a reflection of the management.
