Went on sat October 12 got the wrong order so was over charged Person working the drive-through was very rude. Fries were cold. Burger tasted like pure salt very disappointed in their quality of food and customer service

I went through the drive-thru and it was pretty fast food was there everything was hot I will be back I love going through the drive-thru it's a lot quicker for myself as I run around town

Placed a curbside order tonight (9/28/24). About 5 minutes after my wife placed the order online, we pulled up and marked ourselves there. I waited for over 15 minutes in my car before finally going inside to collect my CURBSIDE order. I stood at the counter for 2 or 3 minutes, being ignored by everyone in the kitchen including the manager until a gentleman on his break came from the dining room to check on me. I asked for the manager and when she finally came up I explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes at this point for my order and I wanted my food. There is absolutely NO reason to be waiting that long when the restaurant is almost completely empty. She went back and prepared the drinks, and then sent a crew member with my order TO THE WRONG CAR OUTSIDE WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING AT THE COUNTER. The crew worker handed the food and drinks to the other folks and at that point I told the manager to refund my order and that I no longer wanted it. I'd already been waiting long enough and wasn't going to wait for them to remake it and definitely don't want it after someone else has been handed my food. This is the third or fourth time in a row I have had to go inside this location to retrieve my curbside order, but this was by far and away the worst experience.
What is the point of curbside delivery if I have to go in to pick the order up anyway? This store and management need to do better. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing service! Went yesterday 9/13 and Daniel A. At the drive through window was so polite and nice with us! Told us to pull up to wait and receive our food, only took 5 mins at most and the food was hot and order was correct. We also got lots of Spicy and regular ketchup! No napkins but that's not a deal breaker. A lot better service that other Whataburgers, will be coming to this location more! Avoid the whataburger on Dobson!!
