Waited for over 15 mins in drive through and then ended up with the wrong food. Had to drive back to get what I wanted and waited another good 15 mins or so. Plus, the gentleman who came out to look at my receipt wasn't very helpful. He didn't act like he wanted me to get my order, just basically be happy with the food I didn't want because it was paid for. He grabbed my receipt reluctantly and headed back inside. No form of communication of what was going to happen. Just left me hanging.....still waiting for him to come back out. Also, I even told him I ate some of the wrong order food because I was so hungry that I would pay for it. I just don't understand why people don't have better customer services skills. His momma or adult in his life should of raise him better and good luck to management trying to train him.Update: lady came out and offered apple pie for my wait. 20 mins later....

I understand that depending on what a customer orders, some things may be served quicker than others. But to wait almost 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 burger meals (mind you there were only two others in line with me once i ordered), watched 3 people that order well after me get their food and leave. We got no explanation as to why our order took so long and the food was barely warm. Maybe more training on Customer Service, I've been to other whataburger locations, and even after waiting 10 mins, someone offered us a dessert or our wait with an apology, we didn't even have to say anything to the staff, they just did it as a courtesy.

Hadn't been there for a few months and thought I would give them another chance. It was 100% turnaround from my previous visits. Staff was excellent, food was what i expected from a Whataburger which is my favorite fast food and my order was out quickly and correct. Keep up the good work
Hands down the best onion rings of a fast food restaurant.The burgers are pretty good too ;they are Always flavorful.

Placed an order for take out, my friend got her food right away I waited over 15 minutes and then went up to ask about mine. They said they didn’t have my order. I had to show them my receipt, they eventually got me my order and it was cold. Too many good restaurants around to give this place a second chance, Also emailed their corporate office and never heard from them.

Big guy with glasses working the grave yard shift forgot my french fries, it’s funny how he even made a snarky remark about “the company making a dollar and him making a dime” Kinda ironic? Try and pay more attention maby next time…
