Was just here to pick up an order for my wife on her birthday and had to wait an extra 20 minutes because the people behind the counter decided to talk instead of working I told them the name of my order twice both times they just walked away didnt even look I waited for no reason than I had to point out my order on the counter because the two people who i told the name of the order too must be dyslexic or blind.then when I point it out they ask me for the confirmation email like they didnt already give me my drink also while I was there someone else complained about the same thing.

This is a really big dill situation that happen on Mon aug 11th. Spent over 30$ with WS at Dobson and Rio salado & i ask kindly how much would you sell me some of your dill pickle chips. The manager was truly all discombobulated & I never got any pickles. WS store on alma school was gladly to help me out & make a nice deal sell for delicious dill pickles. Manager & his team excellent service. Thank you

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. My husband and I placed an order over the phone, and while the employee didn’t ask for my name (which I thought was odd), I assumed they were using caller ID to track it. I was told the order would be ready in 15–20 minutes.

When my husband went to pick it up, they told him they had no record of the order and that we must have called the wrong location. After checking the phone number, we confirmed it was indeed the correct location.

I called them myself, and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes and having to explain the situation to two different people, the same guy who originally took my order finally admitted they did find it — but it had never been fully entered into the system.

While they did apologize and offered to remake it, they said it would take another 15–20 minutes. At this point, we had already been waiting almost an hour with nothing to show for it. No offer to prioritize the order, no discount, no credit — just “sorry.”

Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or real effort to make it right was what really left a bad taste in my mouth (since the food never made it there to begin with). Won’t be coming back to this location.

Tried paying with a big bill, employee said she couldn't break it but that they will make the food and by the time it's ready they will have enough to break the bill. Sat and waited about 20 minutes when my food was ready the employee said I needed to pay a different way and they would not take my large bill, wasted my time!

Once again they don't honor promoy. I had a promo from T Mobil they said nope I showed the promo on the phone & didn't care. Said she was a region mgr? Drey jut wrote in a paper. They stink not coming back ever. I win
