Worst boneless wings I've had! The wings were inconsistent in several ways. The sizes were all different and the texture of the meat varied between pieces. Several had inclusions that were hard or grisly. I couldn't finish my meal. I could only spit out the disgusting pieces and throw it all away.

Apparently you cant place a order after 11:40. I have ordered multiple times after 11:40. You guys need to change your hours to 11:40 if thats the case. I still had 12 minutes til close ... lol this location is a joke

I placed an online order for 1:30 and they made me wait for until 1:52. I wasn’t mad for the wait I’m mad that they had me wait for my food that sitting on the self just because the girl with glasses wasn’t listening and then when she gave my drink she spilled it. Don not recommend this location

Terrible place to get food, they tell you that your order is ready and you arrive and they make you wait 40 minutes. I don't recommend it for anything. There are better places. I promise I won't name a return to that terrible service.

I waited 25 minutes for my food, while I watched them prepare and bag up multiple togo orders (I was dining in) that were still there when I left. When I got the food, the wings had hardly any sauce on it and the fries were droopy. Also, the girl working the registers was rude and dismissive to every customer that came in. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on and not waste my money here.

Today we came in with a great mood for someones birthday. We were doing great ordering our food to dine in. Minutes later we got our food and instead of getting our food into dine in we got it for to go. Another thing we were checking our food and we got boneless wings, tenders, sandwich. Anyways instead of getting our boneless wings we got them traditional which is bone in. We tried to go get them fixed in the nicest way possible and a lady said “it doesn’t say it in the receipt”, Instead of helping our needs. She just said it wasnt on the receipt when we clearly said it. Poor customer service Also some of our food is raw.

!!!!Went for buffalo wings!!!! Bought buffalo wings , CAME HOME ONLY TO FIND OUT***THEY WERE DRIED ,PLANE, AND GREASY ***I called thinking they made a mistake, their respond was, that's their new sauce?greasy, see through buffalo sauce!!!! No favor either!!! WAIT IT DID HAVE FAVOR, OIL FAVOR!!!!

I ordered KoreanQ, Louisiana rub, hickory smoked bbq. KoreanQ was good but bit salty. Louisiana and hickory was almost same and sweet.

Wings were the way they were supposed to be, so they didn't mess that up. But the fries were cold and undercooked, and the soda machine is barely putting out any carbonation, so every drink they offer tasted like pure syrup. But the kids that were working the day we visited were so rude and didn't care to pay attention to anything that was said. I had to repeat every single thing while ordering, sometimes a third time. He'd ask questions and then not listen to the answer.When asked to empty our cups and just fill them with ice, the kid just put more ice in the cups even though I repeated myself 3 times for that request. Then he looked at me like I had 3 heads. We just left. While sitting in our car, the girl who was working comes out to clean the windows for the 2nd time during our visit and gives me an eye roll on her way outside.Nice.Definitely better places to spend $50+ for 3 people.

Slow, rude service. Cashier talks so soft despite the plastic barrier and she cannot be heard. Slow service, took well over 25 minutes to get my food (half my lunch break) and the food only got done when I asked for a refund. This was my 1st time at a Wingstop and possibly my last.

I ordered from DoorDash and I received my food with barely any seasoning, very cold and undercooked food, fries were undercooked, and I ordered a large fries and it didn’t even have much in it.
