Ordered takeout late at night after coming home from the airport and it was the best take out experience I’ve ever had. The wings were so hot and perfect. Their bone in is the way to go but also they have the best boneless wings where it’s actually meat and not just 90% breading like at BWW.

This place is nasty. Placed my order and went to use the bathroom and noticed it was dirty no big deal. As I’m waiting for my food there is a fly harassing me. there is wing sauce all over the window to the kitchen. The sauce bowls were flipped up meaning collecting any debris from the ceiling or around the store. The dinning room itself looked like it was mopped with dirty mop water and wiped down with a dirty rag a week ago. Will be going to ATL Wings across the way next time

Not sure if this location is under new management or something but I was a manager at one of the very first wing stops in Tucson az for years and food was never this poor. My boneless chicken was so cold and old looking it was not funny. Frys never have any seasoning on them. Ask for my food for dine in and I always get it bagged up to go for some reason. Customer service has gone down. None of your employees wear hair nets and all have long hair. The manager seems to always be walking around drinking his Red Bulls. Store is dirty with no trash cans on floor at all. Ice machine was out of ice and coke tasted like crap waited almost 10 mins just to get my drink so they could put ice in a machine. Seems like this location needs better management and training for the employees, and for sure better customer service training.
This place is ridiculous We ordered and the person that was taking our order didn’t even know what was going on in the first place took about 30 minutes to get our food. Someone else walked in That place their order online and they gave them our order so when we asked them in the front, what was going on with the order they had no clue one of the employee said oh I gave it to somebody else. Dinner rush means even if you’re coming in for a takeout order, it’s almost an hour wait. They did let me know right away and I had things to do in the meanwhile. They offered everyone a free drink that was in store waiting. Super nice staff, but you could definitely tell their stress due to the large amount of orders. It looks like this location gets 90% of their orders from online services. It just happened that I went when a family with 10 children showed up shortly after. They got their food before me and another girl waiting which was frustrating, but honestly it helped keep the kids quieter, as before they were all yelling/crying. The staff seemed annoyed with them as well. 3 stars due to the wait. I understand having a lot of orders, but over an hour for my 5 piece chicken strips and warm fries was not awesome. Hopefully they get more staff/better training.

I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The moment I walked in, I was hit with an extremely foul odor – it literally smelled like sewage or something had died inside. The building was visibly dirty and felt completely unclean. It was so bad that I couldn’t even stay to place an order and ended up walking right back out. I’ve never experienced a restaurant in such unsanitary condition. Definitely won’t be returning unless major changes are made to the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. I just wanted 20 wings for 20$

The staff here are extremely inattentive, unprofessional, they have no ability to greet customers. I watched three different drivers sit for 15 minutes, waiting for orders only to be told after 15 minutes that the order had been sitting there all along the workers here are incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wingstop
