I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The moment I walked in, I was hit with an extremely foul odor – it literally smelled like sewage or something had died inside. The building was visibly dirty and felt completely unclean. It was so bad that I couldn’t even stay to place an order and ended up walking right back out. I’ve never experienced a restaurant in such unsanitary condition. Definitely won’t be returning unless major changes are made to the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. I just wanted 20 wings for 20$

The staff here are extremely inattentive, unprofessional, they have no ability to greet customers. I watched three different drivers sit for 15 minutes, waiting for orders only to be told after 15 minutes that the order had been sitting there all along the workers here are incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wingstop

We went into this specific location and we had an amazing experience! The cashier was very helpful and sweet! We dined in and Ben had come to check on us several times! Ben had provided us a sample of a sauce and checked on us again and asked how we liked it, then brought us bags and silverware for us to take our leftovers! It was a very quiet and pleasant experience and everything was actually very delicious! This is now our go to Wingstop location !

This location NEEDS to do better and get better workers or train them to DO BETTER my husband has never had an issue at this location before till today 05/23/2025 ! The employee by the name Lynette was VERY rude and unprofessional! She pretended to be busy while the phone rang and no one picked up mind you THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY🤦🏽‍♀️……when we asked for more ranch and were going to pay for them she said you couldn’t purchase with the same card again? That it wasn’t allowed so she cancelled the order went to go whisper something to a other employee about it….i have never heard of a restaurant that wont let you purchase something with the same card after you had purchased something already. Our order came with three ranches and to which we only got TWO when we asked politely to get the other one employee Lynette said “just give them the ranch bruh just give it bruh” what the hell do you mean “just give them the ranch bruh “ maybe if you did your job right we wouldn’t have to be asking 😤

Food was good, service was good. There was no ice in the soda machine was the only negative eating really hot wings, only had lukewarm tap water.

Four people staffed on a Sunday at 4pm approximately and they hadn’t even started the order I was going in to pickup. When I walked in and it wasn’t busy, I was told 6 minutes. 5 songs later no progress so I put on a five minute timer. As I’m watching them work it was apparent to me that the order was not even in progress. At the 1:30 mark on my timer I’m told 4 more minutes.

Always have to wait 45 minutes. I only come here for my daughter but I would never come here on my own. Why so long when restaurant is empty. A sit down restaurant would have food out faster. Lame!!!

I don't know who in charge has prioritized mobile orders over walk ins but they have made it a bad experience to walk in. It's been 30 minutes and counting.
