I ordered 30 BBQ wings to go. Order was fast fresh and accurate. These wings were big compared to other wings places, the prices were pretty good too. I am watching my calorie intake, the menu has calories of all the food. I recommend Wingstop if you want wings, at least give this place a try, i dont think you will be disappointed. Staff was great. Looked like to workers, they kept busy and did their job. Nice job Wingstop!

I had a horrible and poor customer service experience here and tried the chicken that was flooded with oil after paying 22 dollars for poor quality food and immature workers behind the counter. Go somewhere else or just skip in general

I placed an order about an hour before closing for delivery And by 11:50 PM, there was no update on my delivery. I ended up getting a ride which I had to pay for to pick up my food and was still charged for delivery. I ordered two drinks, one which was supposed to be Sprite tasted like sparkling water, not Sprite at all! Completely disappointed! Prior to me, finding a ride to get down there, I called the store multiple times for no one to answer. Do better, Wingstop! I will be calling corporate in the morning…

Ordered wings from here for the first time today. There was no one in the store when I picked up my order at 4:15, and when I got home I saw they just forgot to put sauce on one of my orders of wings. When I called the store, all they offered was to refund the portion of wings they messed up, with no consideration of the bad experience this led to. The store had no one in it…it’s not like they were so busy it was easy to miss…wont be back.
I tried placing an order through person and the first thing i get told is “it’s going to be a 45 wait” i was so confused because for wings seriously? and i was like for wings? and she said yes and i asked why and she had because they had a lot of online orders. very disappointing that they prioritized one from another will not be going back no apology either!

I ordered boneless wings expecting them to be fully coated in sauce, but what I got was a half-hearted mess. As you can see from the photos, most of the pieces are barely touched by sauce, dry and bland on one side, drenched on the other. If I wanted plain chicken nuggets with a splash of sauce, I would’ve gone to a fast food joint. This is just lazy.

Today, was second visit to Wings Stop. The first time, I had refused to purchase from an individual that was impatient, but today was a stark difference.
I lady assisted me, and was quite patient with as I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. I initially had my mind set upon the spicy chili tenders, and was informed that the promotion was over.
I chose bone in chicken, and found only one box needing more seasoning prior to cooking the wings. I did find; however, the hype that a young teenager addressed with me regarding why they were his favorite was noted in the remaining order.
I would suggest marinating their meat prior to cooking, and applying more sauce, for flavor. The fries were awesome.
I will return to this location based on the service provided today.
