Uhhh ..... This wing stop is awful. Definitely don't want to dine in and you shouldn't expect anything to be 'on time'. And it's not the kids' fault. They are just kids! But golly ... Completely unexpected.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, food was not ready on time. Had to wait over 30 minutes. The employees are rude no acknoewledgment and my food was ALL WRONG. after watching the staff keep wiping there hands on there pants , on her butt on the man shirt. IT WAS DISGUSSSTTINGG, i didnt even eat the food. I really hope a manager reaches back out to me, i tried calling the store but no answer

Walked in, saw a man at the front taking an online order for 15 minutes, waited to have my order taken while I watched 3 people in the back chat, then a female comes in to place and order behind me. One of the dudes in the back talking came up so quick to take her order. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever seen. Never going back !

Jim in the kitchen was great made sure the food was done to perfection longer wait than other times but they were kinda busy and luckily I’m patent and was worth the wait food was excellent! .place was clean thank Jim and the staff they deserve a raise $

What an absolutely disgusting display of professionalism. When we walked in, the lights were half off in the dining room, and ALL employees were in the kitchen on their phones. We ordered 2 meals. We then proceeded to wait for an incredible 35 minutes while we watched 2 people make our food. Once it was given to us, I reached into the bag for a few fries on the way out the door, and it was cold. Upon further investigation in the parking lot, nothing was even warm. All food was cold. I will NOT be returning to wing stop.

Cancelled my order before it was even made, was told I was refunded yet no refund has actually been made. It’s been a week now. The lack of quality between the food and experience from the staff is not worth the high prices. Avoid this like the plague. No longer eating at Wingstop.

Call for order was given 15 minutes, actually took over 40 minutes
Waited inside and was ready for 15mins on the counter.. wasn’t until I walk up and ask if it was my food … it was
When I got home 5min drive
the fries were soggy & cold wings
when I asked for everything to be extra crispy including the wings keep in mind that they sat for 15mins after being in the bag ready to go.

Walked in for one meal to go. First of all, they didn't have ice. Then waited 30 minutes for my meal. Come to find out, they had place my meal on the rack and never called me! I said them that the meal is probably cold. She didn't care one bit! Very RUDE service!
