horrible. do not eat here. we’ve waited well over 30 mins. no one was in the kitchen for who knows how long. NO GLOVES when making our food. no one cares. no sense of urgency. no ice in the soda machine. stop running billion dollar business with teens.

1st time here, picked up ToGo order on Father's day. Order done, hot, ready and as requested,
Xtra crispy. Staff were friendly, eatin space was large and clean.
The smell hits ypu as ypu step one foot in the door , a horrible smell of old food or restrooms , waited 20 minutes the building was so hot I got sick.just waiting for our food , by the time we received the food I was at a loss of appetite. My buddy had to use the restroom almost immediately after eating his lunch . Will definitely never be to this location ever.

I tried called several times and it had been 10 minutes only for them to put me on hold for 10 more minutes and when u finally placed my order and got my food MY CUP WAS FULL OF ONLY ICE DONT reccomend this location absolutely horrible service..

ustomer service is horrible. They use the phrase 'short staff' and 'we are busy', however, only 2 people were dining in and 2 people were waiting for online orders while 4 employees, not including the manager, were present. To make things worse, the manager was smiling and rolling his eyes when I was complaining about my orders, which were shorted 30 pieces of wings. He was very disrespectful. I hope this gets fixed.
First time we ordered here and had the most horrible experience. I ordered my food at 9am for a 6pm pick up. Picked it up and it was not ready... got home and it was missing half the order..I called and they put me on hold for 25 minutes. My husband went down to speak to the manager and his excuse was they were busy. My husband told them I was on hold for 25 minutes on the phone, they told him they forgot that I was on hold. They threw all the food and ranch in the bag horribly, when he got home ranch was dripping out of the bag....I have never had such bad service in my life. While they were making the missing order they were giving my husband dirty looks the entire time...I will never be back!

I walked in to pick up my online order yesterday that was not ready... no worries I'm in the food industry myself so I completely understood. I could clearly see the only 2 people working were doing their best...a bit slow motion for my taste but still working.
I waited about 20 minutes. And during this time I happened to hear the worker tell a group of 5-6 people that walked in " It's going to be about a 1 hour wait" then the group left. I also witnessed one of the workers graze the side of his head with his non glove hand. I didn't think two much into it but had hopped he would go wash his hands but he didn't. I said to myself that maybe im overthinking it as I am food certified and I know that, that's a very big NO NO.
Well, I truly wished that I had listen to that intuition that I had because the next day (Today 11/18/24) I'm truly miserable. I've had the worst diarrhea and intestine gastric issues I've ever had in my life! My body is weak and I cannot move very much. This is the worst food born illness from this establishment! I tried calling them to worn them but I cannot even get them to answer the phone. I truly do not want anyone else to experience what I am going through.
At the least I hope some sort of management sees this and reaches out.

Order was not complete, missing large & small fries. 2 employees put has in bag with out gloves on after touching the cash register. Name was on the bag but there are incompetent employees. How are you going to give someone their order without verifying everything it’s in the bag already sealed with someone’s name on it. McDonald’s packs orders better. Don’t order from here you may get sick from poor food handling standards, terrible quality control!

Picked up a large order to go that I placed online and the food is cold and items are missing. I tried to call the store, however the phone number listed is ‘not in service’! I also tried to contact Wingstop via the app but the link for customer service will not open. Terrible!
They don't even give you everything you order when ordering online. I order 2 - 20 boneless meals deals and I got home and there is not even a total of 20 wings total. The fires are bone cold and can tell they are old. I will never get food from here again. Didn't even try to cover up that it was a mistake or nothing.
