Very happy with my order today. Haven’t ordered in a very long time because of another location. The way they packaged everything was beyond what I’m used to. Hot food was hot, veggies and dressing was cold and separated really nicely. I was most impressed that the veggies were double wrapped which kept them from getting soggy. Will definitely be back again. Thanks

While sitting and waiting for my food, the afternoon staff were speaking quite inappropriately. F bombs and personal conversation. Way personal betweenthe young man at the frontand young lady in the back.. I also had the privilege to watch them ignore the phone multiple times. Oh, and it took 35 minutes to get our food. Ridiculous!

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Already had a 1 star review, but had to change it.

Ordered a 20pc boneless deal after being out in the woods for a week, and I was so ready for real food

The chicken had a strange, almost.. multi-layered texture to it, but tasted fine.

I've been vomiting/ firing at both ends nonstop for the whole day since I woke up.

Really fun to be gone for 6 days, then come back & have to make it through the work day (had to train a new team member) while violently dying out in a portajon in 100 degree weather.

Officially never going here again. Said thay last time, but now I really mean it.
Quite the emotionally scarring meal lol.

Awful! Walked in, we were the only customers there. Waited over an hour for 12 wings and fries. After about 30 minutes, there were several people waiting. The place did not appear clean, I could see the filth on the restroom doors (no idea how the inside looked). The wings were just okay, but definitely not worth the wait. First and last time for us.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Wingstop location.

My wife placed a large family order of 40 wings and 2 large fries after a long, exhausting day with our kids. We arrived around 10:45 PM to pick up our order and decided to check it before leaving. The wings were fine, but the fries were dark, rock hard, and tasted completely burnt. We politely asked for the fries to be remade, only to be handed a second batch that looked and tasted exactly the same, as if they simply dunked the original ones back in the old oil to “reheat” them.

It was obvious that the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a while, and there was no effort whatsoever to deliver a fresh product. What’s worse, this isn’t a one-off incident. Every time I come to this location close to closing time, the quality is noticeably worse. It seems like the entire crew, made up of apathetic careless teenagers, has no interest in doing their jobs properly after a certain hour.

This is not a cheap fast food spot, and when I spend my money, especially after a long day, I expect basic quality and effort. What we received instead was lazy slap-together food from a staff that clearly doesn’t care about the customer, the brand, or their own standards. The same complaints are echoed over and over again in other reviews, yet it’s clear that management either isn’t listening or simply doesn’t care.

This experience was the final straw. I will be reporting this location to Wingstop corporate, franchise or not. Enough is enough. Do better.
