I'm giving this place three stars because the wings were cooked well, the inside was clean and simple, and the people were friendly, but the service was extremely slow. I stood at the register waiting for somebody to even acknowledge me for 5 to 7 minutes. That being said the person who did help me was very nice. I would most definitely give this place Another try and anyone looking for wings or boneless wings should too.

Wish I didn't have to sign for food once if its already ready to go. The poor cashier has psychosis, she needs to see with her eyes & not hear with her ears. Wait times are long but I least know customers are getting piping hot food.

This place is straight disgusting. They can’t handle anything and they are complete liars. I was door dashing tonight came in FIRST thing I did was ask how long. I don’t mind leaving and unassigning moving on especially when I have another order in the car. Well told 6 mins waited almost 30 mins the lady was beyond disgusting and got a horrible attitude with me like I was explained nicely that I had asked prior and throughout and it was the same thing over and over oh few minutes waiting on fries. Nicely I explained to her to please be more thoughtful to us doordashing we don’t get paid hourly or to wait, and if it had been longer I would have been fine and on my way the lady then wanted to argue and said she doesn’t get paid hourly too at all, uhm, really that means you get salary obviously which is better I’m not getting anything at all besides wasted time. She was so u professional she stated her name was AMY JONES.

The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.

Worst customer service from the manager! The system was glitching and he wasn’t aware of the situation. I told him what was going on and he still didn’t seem to understand what was going on? After I had explained it to him ? he didn’t seem to care and stuttered over his words. Not a very confident manager so wingstop do yourself a favor and get a new manager!!! So we ended up ordering $100 somewhere else!! Missed opportunity

Worst Wing stop location ever! The manager that worked the hour of 9pm on 2/23/24 is a horrible example of professionalism! She has her staff acting the same way. Especially Tj. I spent alot of money for my family this night and was treated horribly. I need to speak to higher management

I came in to try the Cajun Fried Corn for the first time and let me say... it was AMAZING. The service was okay but it took awhile for them to bring it out to me. I'd give it 2.5 if that was an option!

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. The absolute worst customer service every time I'm there. I've walked out twice now. Standing at the register ordering and the rude little girl working the register starts helping everyone who walks in behind me. AS IM ORDERING. 9/10 times I've been in there people are waiting over 30 minutes for their food and the employees are standing around talking or goofing off. This place needs to take care of their customers and hire better staff. I've given them several chances because they are new but it's just horrible.
