Service and atmosphere was good. The food was good but took a little long to get and was a little cold. The place wasn't that busy either.

Just went to the Shed for the LAST TIME. After all many years of coming here through all their ups and downs I've never experienced such horrible service. The final straw was when we questioned the bill and then asked for a manager when the "corrected" bill came back and still didn't look right. The "manager" came out swinging for a fight... "What's the problem ladies?" Rude and aggressive and certainly no manager in any sense of the word. The food is still good but that's isn't enough to put up with abuse. Time to find a new wing spot.

I've been drinking here for 5 years, and it's one of the best, affordable experiences I've had in the dive atmosphere. =) The bartenders are always great and friendly. The food is extremely affordable and so good! And unlike a lot of other bars, they keep the music at a manageable level so you can still enjoy it but you can also talk to the people around you.

I didn't realize this was a country bar?! Their TouchTunes only plays this? I am used to hearing rock here, at a minimum. Either way, the service is free money for the place. Why would you limit it? This is the 5th largest metro in the US. Diversity in Tempe/Mesa is very real... music included.

We were super bummed! This place use to be so good. We went in, and it was dead. The prices have increased. They got rid of most of their deals. It's cheaper to go to a actual restaurant. The food quality has gone down. The ranch was water. It was all just disappointing and expensive for it being a dive bar.

The only other table that had people were smoking their weed pens inside and letting a staff member also use it. Our server brought us salt and pepper but pulled them out of her pants pocket. It was weird. We won't be coming back.

Please take your money to any other bar and grill in Mesa, you’ll have a better experience. My boyfriend and I went for him to enjoy the game and for me to enjoy drinks and music, since it’s in the plaza right next door to us.
His chicken was hardly cooked and my onion rings were served with a thick black hair that definitely didn’t come from someone’s head (just for me to see a worker with a huge beard and no beard net). AND WE WERE STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE.
I put $15 on the Touch Tunes to keep ‘80s rock from playing all night, since it seemed they’d let the music continue over the game audio. They decided to cut it off in the middle of the game. I wasn’t playing anything inappropriate, just oldies and other jams. So I left without getting my money’s worth, an upset stomach, irritated, and dissatisfied.

Stopped in for a couple beers and decided to get a bite. The atmosphere was typical neighborhood bar. Nothing really special. Service was ok. Neither bartender or cook (who brought the food and check) was overly nice but they weren’t ayholes either. The food was pretty good! I had the patty melt with crinkle cut fries. Took a little bit to make it but it was very fresh and fries were perfect! I’d go back for sure when I’m out in Mesa.
