Very clean and accessible spot. They offer large portions and for economical prices. I liked the meals very much and the staff members were super friendly and explanatory. Recommended.

The food was very good. The noodle options are great, the broths all had different flavors. The braised pork belly was the favorite for sure. The Japanese bbq pork fried rice was very flavorful. Overall we liked everything. Will definitely be back!

Located in the Mekong shopping center, we arrived at 10:30 wanting noodle soup for breakfast. Well, our place wasn't open so we plopped down here, in this non-descript place in despair. Seating is tables and half booths. Chairs are sturdy enough to hold wide bodies like mine. We ordered a few dishes and coffee and waited to not be impressed. Coffee arrived. It was sooo strong I felt my adrenaline kicking up several notches. But couldn't stop drinking it. We asked what brand and were told "Folgers". What? No way. By this time I'm tapping my foot because of the caffeine detonating in my body. Our order of fried tofu, pork and shrimp long soup, braised beef and herb soup and pork belly with rice plates arrived. Boy did we do something right today! The dumpling soup is sooo good! Clear broth, fresh wheat noodles, some of the biggest dumplings I've EVER seen. Ex qui site. The tofu was tofu, bland. The accompanying dipping sauce? Meh. I'm gonna recook the tofu with garlic and green onions in a hot pan. Then add jalapeños on top like they do at Great Wall. The beef soup was bland until you mix the ingredients. THEN you're just slurping and chewing, slurping and chewing. But at a faster pace because that caffeine from the coffee has taken your heart rate all the way up! The star of the whole meal was the braised pork belly. This is simply the best pork belly dish I've ever tasted. Anywhere. Hands down. Without a doubt. No questions asked. I'm not lying. The meat is sweet with bold hints of anise and cinnamon, maybe Oyster sauce and sugar. Very attentive staff, acknowledged us frequently and made jokes too. I'm so glad our other noodle place was closed because we would never know about this gem of a place. Y'all need to try this place!

Great service, great food and great combo deals for almost everything. You can see the kitchen prepare and cook everything. Authentic Cantonese style dishes which is rare in Phoenix. Highly recommended!

We've eaten here a few times. It's convenient after shopping at Mekong Plaza. It reopened a couple months ago,not sure if it's a different owner. Great menu with a lot of options. Enjoyed wonton soup with pork & shrimp wontons - it was delicious. The customer service is very attentive and they have good WiFi which is a bonus.

Looks like an owner from the Mekong Dim Sum restaurant started this place up (took over the spot where there was a Taiwanese restaurant). The place is VERY clean and well organized. The employees were super helpful and nice about serving us (especially with two rowdy kids). Ended up ordering some noodles and braised beef dishes. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the braised beef was so soft and tender. Flavor was great and honestly (not sure if they use it or not) didn't get the MSG thirst afterwards so either they toned it way down or don't use it at all. Overall, I'll definitely be returning with the family soon to try out some of their other dishes.

I hate to give this place mediocre scores but what I tried wasn't great. I know -- asking for trouble when ordering northern and Japanese food -- especially in a place that probably is stronger on southern Chinese cooking, but they did say on the restaurant name -- ok, shame on me. The 夫妻肺片was so-so, more tripe than beef, not enough 麻辣, no cilantro or peanuts, and served on 蘿蔔 so it took on too much of the radish flavor. The chashu ramen was better, chashu was alright, but was served with a big slice of 蘿蔔 which was sort of oden like, but not, cos it hadn't been soaked in the oden broth, so it was just meh. Wife had the 水餃湯麵 - that was OK, not as good as the dearly departed Silver Dragon in Glendale, very much missed. Eat when you can cos, as you can see, you just never know when it might be the last chance to eat. Will try other dishes. Must be a reason why reviews are so high

Shrimp and pork wonton noodle soup was delicious!!! Really light on a hot summer day but packed with flavor. Also their pork soup dumplings were some of the best I ever had. Definitely going there again soon!!

The noodle beef soup/stew was very bland. Almost no flavor at all. The lady that took my order hovered around my table way too much. Also, they had a platter of chicken wings sitting on the counter and I was asked by an older gentlemen if I would like to try them. I assumed he was handing out samples. I said sure....he brought a plate with four of them on it and I thought "wow, awufully generous for a sample". Little did I know, I was charged $5.00 for those four wings that I really didn't want. Not the best experience....

Today I went to Xian Fusing Cafe. It appears to be a new place. I just wanted to check it out. I ordered a medium sized bowl of fresh noodles with the cumin lamb stew. It was very good. It reminded me of a Central Asian style lamb stew that I ate once in Delhi, India, believe it or not. I guess, for certain parts of mainland China, there are similarities in cuisines to other places. I am going to venture and say that perhaps the style of cooking is common in colder weather, perhaps somewhere like Xian, China. I will be coming back to this place. The noodles are quite good, as is the stewed lamb.

Chef Michael Leung has a way of elevating even the humblest cuts of meat with a synergy of garlic, ginger, star anise, and other seasonings. I've enjoyed the fruits of his culinary skills in his other establishments and I knew I would not be disappointed with this one. The beef flank soup with thick rice noodles was very flavorful and extremely comforting, as was the brisket in chu hou sauce. I'm looking forward to future trips to Mekong Plaza and stopping by at Xian Fusing to try out the congee and other dishes offered here which are usually not commonly served in other Asian restaurants.
