Had high expectations but perhaps we came on an off day as the boba in our drinks was hard and not at all enjoyable (also difficult to drink as they got stuck in the straw). The cafe itself though was nice- clean and spacious, and the employees were kind and got orders out quickly despite it being busy.

Had high expectations for this place but the Brown sugar milk tea tasted like pure milk. I saw them make it they just scooped in the brown sugar boba in the cup and more than half of the cup was just pure milk…. We also got a fruit tea and we saw them pour only 1 cup of tea in the cup and the rest of the cup was filled with ice to make it look full obviously. So disappointing

This place needs some operational changes. Service was okay. The large straw for the large drinks are too short for the lids they use so you can’t even get the boba at the bottom. There were no napkins and the cup was sticky. It was warm inside the shop and had a smell.

The women with the glasses taking of me was incredibly snarky with me and my significant other. She told me that the smoothy is bad and that it wouldn’t taste good cause it’s made with water. I for one work at a boba shop myself and saying that it won’t take good it just a nice way of saying that your lazy. Also you make smoothies with water as it is. The logic does not make sense. The music was also blasting by the register so I could barely hear her when checking out. Before I come back they need to get their staff in order

Injeolmi bigsu disappointing. There was no injeolmi there at all, but instead, some cheap tasting sugary, sticky bits. The bingsu had almost no flavor. Just shaved frozen milk. Not sure if this place knows the true “bingsu” not “injeolmi” which both are from Korea.

Great drinks but the customer service sucks, walked in and were ignored for a few minutes before the girl acknowledged us then finally took all order like if she was annoyed by us

Deink is good but the service is terrible. I ordered two number 1 but they look different. One is being coat with brown sugar around the cup and one did not. I think did cutting corners and just be done with the order with no consistency.

The Brown Sugar Milk Tea Boba was so yummy!! This little restaurant is so cute, and has a nice amount of seating. There are lots of fun drinks to try.
The parking lot is easy and free (right in front of the restaurant). There wasn't much of a wait at all and the drinks were made quickly.
If you eat at the Ramen place next door you can bring your receipt for 15% off! (I would also recommend the Mensho Ramen, it was very good, but can be really crowded on the weekend. There was no crowd on a weekday for lunch).
