They got good stuff but the place can be better run. Had to wait 50 minutes for Bingsu and 15 for bubble Tea when there was a moderate amount of patrons. They should be better prepared with supplies

Terrible experience here. As others have noted, customer service is non-existent. My party (husband, me, kids and nieces) was met with attitude from staff, snarky responses during the order process and then our order sat at the counter until we asked whether or not it was our order. The boba itself was nothing special, but the milk tea stood out as one of the worst we’ve ever had. I know this place is “famous” is Taiwan, so maybe we came on an off day, but it tasted like staff took the actual milk tea, added plain water, then served it up.
When we reported back to staff that there was something wrong with the drinks, they refused to remake or refund because they stated that we had already taken a sip and therefore, the drink was non-refundable. How would I have known the drink was as bad as it was without taking a sip?! How illogical?
After some more words were exchanged, a male staff person offered a refund of the two drinks that were the biggest disappointment. My nieces left the refunded drinks on the counter and the other two drinks I purchased ended up in the trash.
I’m mostly upset that I spent so much money at Mensho Ramen, then they sent me to this boba place to be robbed.

12/6/25: Not bad, not great, rather underwhelming.
Xing Fu Tang has an agreement with next-door Mensho's (ramen). Bring in their receipt & get 15% off your bubble tea order. That said, had we not just eaten at Mensho's, we never would have known about Xing.
It's a nice wide open space for sure, very clean. This was the first boba shop we've visited where we saw a huge wok full of boba. It was pretty dang cool. The guy/gal behind the counter spoke very softly so I had to lean in to hear what they were saying. Xing's does not have an extensive menu, and they were out of about half a dozen items/drinks. Unfortunately, not everything they were out of was labeled as such, nor was it covered up as being not available so one bubble tea we wanted was a no go. Not a promising first-time visit.
Their bowls look pretty interested (only about six options) so IF (that's a big if) we stop in again, we may try a bowl. Then again, with all the other bubble tea stores available, stopping in again to Xing may not be worth it ... unless we eat at Mensho's again, putting us in the area. :-)

The taste is good, and the true highlight is watching them make the brown sugar pearls right there in the shop! I really like how they prepare the boba internally, often stirring the pearls in a wok, which demonstrates their commitment to freshness and flavor. Highly recommended for authentic, tasty brown sugar boba tea.

Really tasty bubble tea store. The highlight here is the tapioca pearls that are boiled in the heown sugar slurry in a wok! Ir makes them taste delicious
complete mess and inefficient. ordered at ~4:30. got the order at ~5:15. the store needs to work on pipelining their steps. waiting ~15 mins for boba is acceptable, but waiting ~1 hour for 1 cup is atrocious.

We stood at the register waiting for the girl to even look at us. She just stood there yapping until we speak up she finally answer. She just walked away as soon as she put in the order. Horrible service 6 workers couldn’t take care of 2 guests. On top of it, they don’t have any boba and i arrived at 8:30pm

went there with my family on tuesday morning and everything was a great experience, they were also making fresh boba. the customer services were also great, 1 guy and 1 girl were so sweet, they helped me so well with my order and the drinks came out perfectly. highly recommend

They're always out of something, the drinks are incomplete (example, smoothie missing panacotta rabbit) but the prices are the same as if they came complete, flavors are good but they also need to have a better attitude.
