I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this place. Specifically the Ellsworth location. We’ve ordered probably 15 times since finding it in November. It’s our #1 take out place! The chicken and beef teriyaki bowl with no rice, double veggies is my favorite!

Unprofessional behavior and rude. I have ordered from this place for years now, 3 to be exact. My orders are usually about $30 to $60 - I mainly did delivery.
If I had known earlier about the poor customer service there’s no way I would had been a customer for that long. Today, for the 3rd time, the older lady was rude to my husband. I was not aware of this happening as he would be the one going in to the restaurant for my/our order. Today he shared of this incidents and I’m upset for sending him to a place where he’s disrespected by the way this lady has spoken to him.
To the rude lady, you could have charged for the extra siracha I asked to have and save your comments. Obviously we know we can buy a whole bottle from the grocery store. Clearly it has not occurred to you that some people don’t eat this food that often.
In disbelief about this poor customer service.

Firecracker roll is good. Beef and chicken bowl was dry with no flavor. Worse part is that this is my second time that when I asked for sriracha the tell me to buy a bottle of sriracha at the store to have it home. I don't understand why is giving sriracha a big deal for the owner here. Extremely uncomfortable.

I am a DoorDash driver and my customer needed hot sauce. I also needed hot sauce for my own personal order, the older Asian lady got annoyed with me and aggressively plopped the hot sauce packet in my hand. She then rolled her eyes and turned to her colleague to gossip about me, while I walked away, glaring at them. I hope I never get a delivery from this location again if the employees are gonna fret about hot sauce. Way to treat a delivery driver that works in the hot sun all day and that is doing a service for you guys.

Awesome rice bowl I got delivered from Door Dash. Brown rice was perfect. Love the tofu. Added steamed veggies on top. Excellent choice for a vegetarian.
