The service was great! I accidently ordered the wrong thing and the manager was very polite about it and fixed my mistake. They had my food out very quick. Food tasted great

Food was gross. The beef was all fat and the chicken was very over cooked and dry. I always go to the Riverview location, but I was closer to this location for work. I really wish I took the 10 extra minutes to head to Riverview. I recommend the extra travel time to anyone considering eating

I just had the teriyaki beef, it was the best I've ever had so tender, with a hint of sweetness. The portions are generous. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here I am constantly waiting for my order to be bagged up. When the order is sitting there, finished, the lady behind the desk does not pay attention to the orders coming out of the kitchen making people wait longer aside from making people wait longer the kitchen staff has no communication with the staff at the front register, letting them know that the order is finished, and when some of the orders are finished the ladies behind the front register bag the orders and leave them on the counter, waiting for people to come and claim them,, as they assume all orders coming out of the kitchen are for pickup or mobile orders,, They do not call out numbers on the receipt they give you witch makes no sense at all,, I will not be coming here again as they always inconvenience you by making you wait because they are simply not paying attention to work.

Rude manager I ordered through DoorDash and the store manager gave the food to the wrong driver. My driver arrived and was refilled reuse the order and yelled at in front of me on the phone with the driver. I've been called on a different line and not only did this female, who refused to give her name, kept calling me a male when I'm clearly a female, a grandmother of three she was very rude and obnoxious to the driver. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters and never ordering from this location again this is the second time did this is actually happened.

Lady at the desk wanted to treat me like a criminal, a suspect, or a thief just for asking for a water cup after spending $40 on food. So much so that she. Felt necessary to stop what she was doing to peek her head over the counter to tell me which button was for water in a very condescending tone as if I have issues reading or finding the water button. Then she comes out from around the counter to once again make sure I am getting water...which at the time I was. However, after feeling like I was being treated like a criminal for no reason, I poured the water out & got Pepsi right in front of her face just to make a point that if you want to treat somebody like a suspect, then they might as well give them whhat they're suspicious about.

Second time we've been at this location and both times mine and my husband's meal were burnt and not edible. The chef burns the chicken, and not just a little burned for flavor, you can't eat it. Idk if he's trying to cook the beef and chicken at the same time and expects them to cook at the same pace but that's probably why he's burning the chicken everytime. Just a waste.
