I literally just left from here. While waiting for an order (uber eats) I also wanted something to eat. I’m next at the counter and I politely stated to the young lady, I’d like to order as well but, I do have a pick up. The young lady said very rudely, you need to verify first. I said I need to make sure everything is in the bag. The young lady said rudely, yeah after I see you verify first. I said are you ok? I politely said May I verify the customer has all his items in the bag. She refused and looked at the ticket saying like I said everything is in here. Now verify! I’m like wow, may I speak to your manager please? She said, not right now, we’re in inspection. I said firmly, I need to speak to your Manager now. Borderline, If you do not want to come into work or having a bad day, go home because there are people whom really need work!! And appreciate work!! Now, I will now come here and this was my first time!!

I ordered two chicken bowls via Uber eats and ended up violently ill within an hour or two of eating it! My boyfriend thinks the chicken was undercooked. His stomach hurt, but he didn't get sick like me, all I ate was thay chicken bowl all day! My manager had the same issues few months ago after eating from this location.

I prefer the Grove location. I only come to this one because it's open on Sundays. But today was the last time. I found three pretty big pieces of bone in my teriyaki chicken. This could be a choking hazard for young kids, and could hurt someone's teeth for sure.

Let me just start by saying I am a huge fan of Yogis, been going on a weekly basis for years now to your locations all over the valley since I work on the road.
Lately this location has been awful. Whoever is cooking during lunchtime on weekdays does a terrible job. Chicken comes out either burnt or overcooked so much so that it’s tough to chew. So many pieces of fat that I am constantly having to spit it out into napkins. A few pieces here and there is no big deal but this is so much more than that. I would say only 40-50% of the meat is even edible…
Aside from the meat, the bowls will come out with so much teriyaki sauce that the bottom of the bowl will become soupy. None of your other locations send out their food like this. Definitely not going to this one anymore.
I had the chicken salad it was so good. wasn't sure what I could eat there as I'm on a low fodmap diet and can't have any wheat. It was the perfect meal. My friend had the chicken bowl she loved it too. Will be back

Love this place! The food is always perfect and the service is lovely. I was starving one night and walked in hesitantly three minutes before closing (fully expecting to be turned away and rightly so) but the gals there were so kind and stayed open long enough to get me a plate! So so kind!
