The yogurt selection is always decent, but it doesn't change much. The seasonal flavors advertised on the door did not match what was available in the store. We waited forever for someone to come from the back office to weigh our yogurt and check us out. This means your yogurt sits and melts as well.

Several great options. Loved the pumpkin pie and cheesecake flavors!

To the owner of this shop; we visited today 8/25 just before 4pm. Your employee was nowhere in sight. Someone walked back behind the counter & looked to see if anyone was in back. Apparently the sole employee in store was sound asleep.A couple of patrons jumped behind the counter & rang up customers so your business would not lose money while another grabbed more sample cups and put them out. Your employee finally emerged later. Check your security footage.

Great yogurt. It’s definitely pricy though.

HUGE Fail. They have about 20 self serve spouts of frogurt but only 3-4 were working. Frogurt is their only product ! Told employee who made zero attempt to rectify so we all left. 2-3 other would be customers came in but left as well.

What a disappointment! Came in with family to discover that only 3-4 of the frogurt dispensers were working while the other 15 or so were not. Informed staff who verified but took to action to fix. So we left without purchasing anything as did others as well.

absolutely love their plain tart yogurt. However, at least every other time I go in, the machine is broken. I go several miles out of my way tostop here, but the management doesn't seem to care if they aren't serving their clients. The manager today said "well, that happens sometimes. " Really? That's their answer. Guess I'll be going to Menchies going forward. Their plain tart machine is always working.July 24th.So I was asked to contact their customer service so they could resolve the problem. So I contacted them as requested. STILL waiting for a response. I think it's just them trying to act like they care, but they really don't. Really poor customer service and customer care. ?

It would be nice if the scanners would work so you could actually get points for your purchases. I have been here several times and the points from my purchases were never applied to my account.

Great yogurt when they have options. Area for add ons messy and items not stocked. Staff expecting tip at register. I served myself w/o help. No tipping for that.

Reminds me of So-Cal Froyo places. Why? Because they actually have strawberries, mango, kiwi, blackberries, etc that you can add in your Froyo. ? First place that I’ve been to that has this going on in the entire state of Arizona.

I took my son there the other day & they were out of 3 flavors that I wanted. They should try to keep all of the yogurt flavors filled. Very disappointing.

I LOVE YOGURTLAND! I only wish I didn't have to travel so far to enjoy their delicious choices in flavors. I live in Casa Grande, Az. And the nearest Yogurtland is in Chandler, Az. It would be awesome if Yogurtland were to come to Casa Grande, as there are no yogurt stores at all in C. G.Mary B.
