Food is ok. But the place looks not clean. The lemon water tastes weird! It looks like they didn’t change the lemon for days. I think they shouldn’t charge extra money per person for sauce.
And we were told that credit card machine didn’t work, we had to pay with cash.

It was my family’s first time eating at this restaurant. We did the all you can eat. Great place with a good serving portion. Friendly staff and provide very well service. Recommend this place

Amazing customer service, the price is so good for all you can eat. Squid was amazing, and broth was addicting. They had to refill it twice while we ate because we couldn't stop eating it. Waguy steak, fresh veggies, and crispy tofu were perfect. Very minimalist feel inside but cozy.

The worst chinese hotpot place I have ever seen. Beef/pork brains were ok. The shrimp paste was mushy, didn't feel like shrimp paste at all. Frogs had a faint smell and didn't feel fresh. Daikon was cut in a wrong way, not the way for hotpot (so it took a long time to cook). And it was really expensive. Not worth it.

This is the best tasted hot pot restaurant in AZ, at least from what I’ve experienced, but the quality of the sauce bar isn’t that great, where you could see some rotten cilantro leaves, and some items ran out.The service is strange there too.1. When we arrived, we had to arrange the chairs on our own because they were all against the wall.2. Nobody gave us any water until by the end of dinner I had to walk to look for the servers to ask for water. She brought us water, and I asked if it’s ice water, she said No and walked away…..3. They kept walking around and staring at us for some reason. Seems like they wanted to say something but they didn’t. Then when we really needed something, they all disappeared. I finally found them behind another wall?4. Each of us ordered a drink then extra 2 bottles of beer, and we didn’t even chose the premium All You Can Eat, our average is $63 per person. They charge for broth, dipping sauce and their small Sapporo cost $12 each. Our friends said they might not wanna come back again.

Food was delicious. If you’re unsure try the duo pot with lemon and house, beef, lamb and pork. Then add in the veggies you want. Lettuce does get a bit bitter I just used as a wrap.

This place is not all you can eat for dinner weekends after 3PM. Service was strange. We were directed to a table with missing tableware. Nobody asked if we had been there before or if we had any questions about the menu. Staff members kept walking by and staring at us as if they were sizing us up. Only after asking a 2nd staff member did we get told the All You Can Eat is not available for weekend dinner. The only excuse I can really think of is that our server doesn't use english very much and wanted to minimize conversations. The food was good, the broth options and meats were good quality and tasted fantastic.Good food, wacky service

Best hotpot I've had in Phoenix so far. Very authentic Asian hotpot experience and their Wenyu Special Spicy is just like mala you'd find in Taiwan with lots of peppercorns and spices. Deluxe AYCE is a bit pricey, but has some pretty authentic menu items. They also have 3-flavor broths with is rare.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes hotpot. I went for lunch on Friday which was within their all you can eat times and it was totally worth it. The house special spicy hotpot soup is extremely flavorful and delicious. The chicken hotpot base is also really good. I think a lot of the negative reviews about the chicken hotpot soup are from people who aren't super familiar with hotpot and aren't aware that when you add the meat, shrimp, mushrooms, and vegetables to hot out the flavor of the broth builds more richness as you eat it so the broth initially is not as flavorful as the house special spicy hotpot but as you eat it gets super yummy. The food quality was really good, there are a ton of meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Everything was really delicious. The sauce bar was super yummy and I was able to make my favorite hotpot sauce (sesame sauce, chilli oil, green onions, and garlic). The service was awesome but the restaurant wasn't very busy. We were able to order everything we wanted and were offered multiple times to refill our soups. The only negative if I had to point one out, is that the restaurant isn't 100% the cleanest but it's really not that bad and wouldn't stop me from going again. Our table was clean, the water was good, and our silverware and dishes were clean. I cannot recommend this place enough, take some time and go for the AYCE hours totally worth it and an awesome experience.
