It's a fun place to hangout with friends and celebrate for whatever. However the outside lobby DJ is very loud where we can hear the music in our room. I thought the lobby should be where people meet and have conversations. It is like you have to yell to talk to each other and be deaf by the time you walk out of here. Not cool.

This place was phenomenal!!!!! Me and my dance squad came here last night and we were in the VIP room and we had a blast!!!! The vibe was so fun and the staff were nice and accommodating! I love how the VIP room had a bathroom in it as well! The sound for the Karaoke was great! And we were provided with two mics! I would definitely come back to this place!

Didn't eat but I had friends that did like the food. Its a fun experience and the personal rooms are great for those who like to sing but not in front of people they don't know. The prices are per hour for the rooms with a 1 drink or food minimum for each guest like a 😅😏 club. They have many themed rooms, one is spicy. If you don't want a room they do live DJs and dancing in the main room by the bar. Its fun I definitely recommend checking it out.

Stay away from this crooks. So called manager kicked me out and was provocative to fight. Teach this youngster a lesson and go elsewhere. Place is dead anyway. Never stepping my foot there again. They tried to make a cocktail, but charged me $52 for 2 failed attempts

Such a great place! We had a last minute group booking and we had the BEST time! The staff is awesome and the girl with the black Bob is absolutely the best! Great customer service! And the bartender was spot on! The VIP room was perfect and the karaoke system, songs, mics and everything were perfect! They worked great and for the most part had almost every song we wanted and videos! Highly recommend this place for a good time.

The security guard that sits and checks ID's at the door named MOSES, PEPPER SPRAYED my sister two separate times on 8/31/24. I am beyond MAD, SAD AND INFURIATED!! I invited her to come join me and another little sister of mine after she finished work. Moses believed my sister was using MY ID. She is 25 years old! WE SHOWED HIM OUR ID'S and he was extremely disrespectful and embarrassed that he was wrong. My sister exchanged words with him and he pulled out his pepper spray and SPRAYED HER!! I could not believe it!! I ran to the bar to get the manager and they were confused and just rushed to close my tab... I was closing out and then I can hear my sisters screaming!! MOSES YZ'S KARAOKE CAFE'S SECURITY GUARD PEPPER SPRAYED MY SISTER AGAIN OUTSIDE THE PREMISES! People were running out of the bar! One lady was allergic to pepper spray. I was in shock. As an older sister I felt so helpless against this man. My sister took out her phone to record it all thankfully before he sprayed her for the second time. To have some kind of protection I guess but he STILL followed her outside and sprayed her entire left side LESS THAN 3 FT AWAY FROM HER. My sister was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN, obviously. The manager guided all of us to the restroom and we spent the next hour rinsing out her eyes. I was in tears, my nose was running and it was hard to breathe. I was not sure if we'd have to call an ambulance. There was a PA that came in to help us thankfully. She helped my sister dilute her eyes. We were so stressed and just could not believe what happened. The manager came to tell us she will refund our $60 tab. This man has to take responsibility for what he has done. I appreciate you taking the time. I am waiting for responses from owner at this time.

Don’t come here unless you wanna be ripped off. The food is overpriced and low quality, the alcohol poors are horrible (have literally heard people sneak in their own alcohol because it’s so bad), and if you don’t keep track of your time they won’t say anything or come keep you but will continue to charge you. Servers are slow, song selection is dated and the technology is not easy to use. Save your money and go to a real bar with karaoke nights. This place is a joke.
