Your packaging system is incredibly bad. They make you wait for so many minutes just for one order. It’s like they’re intentionally being extra slow just to annoy people. The packages are packed one by one and then brought out, which is such a ridiculous system — it takes 15 minutes to pack a single order, are you kidding me?”

I gave it five stars for the type of restaurant it is. Order at the counter, and they bring you your food. Delicious food. Great price. Friendly atmosphere. I would definitely say this is my favorite order at the counter place. I am so glad my friend suggested it 😀

Stopped by Z-Cafe and had the Bloom sandwich with their potato salad—both were fantastic! The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, and the potato salad was the perfect side. I’ll definitely be back!

First time here. Food was excellent. Everyone working there was very friendly and chill. Solid music selection by the staff. Good vibe. Will def be going back. We had classic breakfasts and need to try the breakfast burritos next time.

I, personally, will never come back here. No worries, you guys were in business for two decades before I found you and so I think you’ll be okay.

The young blonde woman who was working the PM shift tonight, Friday?
Retrain her. At least on customer service. You will lose more customers if you don’t.
