The youth doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. We ordered the shrimp combo. Shrimp fried beautifully. My only issue is that the shrimp smells and taste like Mekong Market on Dobson. 🤢 Like 🤦🏾♀️ wth

The middle age gentleman who works there is always super attentive, makes sure he puts napkins and utensils in the bag and gives you a heads up to make sure your food doesn’t tip over or spill and I very much appreciate him. The two younger gentleman who have been working recently have really been slacking they never put anything extra in the bag my food was half full today and I feel they genuinely don’t care about anything and it’s really disappointing considering the other guy goes out of his way to make sure the service is top notch these two kind of ruin that and the service or portions never compare :( I’ve never had an issue with my portion sizes but today I got an elote cup that was half empty and it was disappointing

Such a fun place to get a bite. It is like an eclectic food stand with all sorts of good eats. The portions are very good-sized and could be split. The drinks are worth the stop alone, so be sure to choose wisely.

Whoever was the cook on the night of November 25th, 2024... that was the best set of Honey BBQ wings I've ever had from this place.
The sauce was on point, the selection of wings was adequate to satiate my hunger, and I will hope that you get some credit for this review.
The place was empty, so can't give 5 stars for that, but my belly is full so I have nothing to complain about at the end of the day.
Zero Degrees offers some of the most delicious drinks. We have ordered various different drinks, and everything they make is Delicious 😋 The People are very helpful and kind. The environment is very welcoming. The food and other snacks are Great 👍. Awesome place for the whole family. Highly recommend Zero Degrees
LOVE THEIR DRINKS - definitely made with top quality. HOWEVER, it is the attitude of the associates that can make or break your experience. Their food is ok (I love their chicken tenders, I highly recommend them), but their drinks are definitely worth it. Customer service needs improvement though.

Come for the drinks, leave for the food. Really meh food. Nuggies smelled like a barn, tasted pretty similar. Charge a dollar for each side of buffalo sauce. Horchata was good enough for a white boy. In the end, I’d never send you here.

The atmosphere and service were phenomenal. The employee was really helpful in explaining what the drinks were and he even let me try some of the camo brulee. I’ve never tried it, and it was so good!! I would describe the camo brûlée itself as a salty fluffy whipped cheese cream. You can put it in any drink!
My cousin had the split cup with strawberry horchata and on the other side she had the brown sugar milk. The convenience of getting to try two drinks for almost the price of 1 is amazing!!
The ONLY thing I will say though, is that most to all of their drinks are already premade, so you cannot adjust the sugar level on them. Which is why I didn’t end up getting a drink myself. It was a little disappointing but again, the service and atmosphere were on point!
I know that boba shops are supposed to have all the yummy and fun sugary drinks but I hope to see some sugar free options or even have a couple drinks where you can adjust the sugar level a bit in the future!
I will come back on my cheat day to say the least!

Service here is amazing, employees here are very kind. They let me sample some drinks. I didn't really enjoy the popcorn chicken but they happily let me exchange it for the corn and the corn was very yummy. I recommend their corn, taro latte, and strawberry horchata. Overall a good experience
