I drove forty five minutes to pick up gift cards. They did not have any so disappointed. I cannot comment on the food because I did not have dinner there.... But my friend enjoys it, hence, the drive to get a gift card.

Customer service terrible.Honest review, we went there this Saturday for a quick bit before going to the symphony. Was told there was a two hour wait, clearly visible available tables.

Had the Pleasure of trying Zona for the first time with my mom. The atmosphere was very modern and fun. The service was absolutely phenomenal. The waitress greeted us with a smile was very attentive and professional. Food and drink selection was amazing. I would highly recommend they also have some really good lunch specials that are reasonably priced.

Easy to be seated quickly. Our food was AMAZING. Got the taquitos as an app, then the barria anc street tacos- speechless. Server was fantastic as well as the bartender. Would highly recommend if you're craving great food with take home portions!

Me and some friends came here for my 20th birthday , the food was absolutely amazing we ordered appetizers and our dinner and Leila our server was just the sweetest, her communication and always checking on us was amazing! Her smile brightened up my birthday she had complemented me and all my friends and we all felt so good. Overall I would love to have her as my server every time I come back there

We have eaten at the northeast Mesa location several times and the tacos were delicious. Thought we would try the new location. Ordered the Korean Braised Short Rib Tacos which also happens to be the most expensive taco plate $22. Asked the server if we could please switch out one of the tacos for a less expensive shrimp taco. Still paying the price of the Korean beef of course. They have done this before at the other location. The waitress asked the manager and he refused. He said they can't do that. We all know they can they just don't want to. Well I still ordered them and also ordered a prickly pear margarita. My husband ordered the surf and turf burrito. The tacos were great as always. My husband pulled out little pieces of fat from his burrito. Okay sometimes that happens when eating beef. As my husband gets to the end of his burrito, he has got a large piece of fat that he pulled out and it was actually strips of raw bacon. The bacon is mostly white not even rendered. The manager walked by we stopped him to let him know that the bacon in his burrito was completely raw.He looked at it and said , oh I'll go talk to the cook. The waitress comes over.We also made her aware. She comes back with the check and said because of this they aren't going to charge me for my margarita. Instead of taking the burrito off?? This makes no sense to us. Very poor management, quite clearly they do not appreciate your business (repeat customers) and are completely fine with uncooked food being served to their guests. We will not be returning and definitely will not recommend this to others as we have many times in the past. We took a picture but don't see where that can be attached.

Food was good but overpriced. Service was not good. Sat there while other people that were seated after us got food and we hadn't even recieved a drink or greated us. Never got refills just the check. Tables were to close and our table was in the middle.
