Zugoi Asian Cuisine (new Sushi Kee)

I always sit at the bar when I come here! long story short the old guy who cooks the food is always coughing over the food I honestly wish I was making this up but I’m not. Just go sit at the bar while your food is being made and I promise you’ll see. I will never eat here again on a good day the food is good but it just ain’t worth it trust me!

Food was pretty good, portions were very nice, however the service was abysmal. Server had no respect for personal space leaning way too far in, had a condescending tone, almost mocked us for not knowing how the ordering worked (anything not on the salad/soup/sushi checklist they give you has to be ordered with the server, even though she never asked to take out order) was making scoffing noises at things we asked for at times, and took so long to check us out, even though she was right next to our table. When she finally did arrive we were met with an almost aggressive “you done?”. Then forced us to hand over our left overs we had put in boxes to put in a bag, and took so long we ended up leaving without them. Even though the food was great, the service made it enough for me to think twice about coming back, or even recommending this place to anyone else.

The interior is nicely done. Service was very good. No plant based protein on menu and all food served to us was very salty.

The sushi was so good we ordered online and picked up within 25 minutes the staff was super friendly I would definitely recommend to go here for your next sushi meal

Mediocre sushi in a restyled brunch bar.
Prices don't reflect the (lack of) quality. The smoked salmon was particularly disappointing - it was like they pulled it out of a bag.

My kid loves the sushi and seaweed salad. I'm not a big fan of sushi, so them having ramen, yakisoba, and bulgogi is a life saver.

My first time ordering over the phone, I ordered lo mein noodles here for takeout. The food smelled spoiled, wet, and soupy, and had no taste. Only the vegetable roll was good when you dipped the roll in the sweet chili sauce. I won't order again.
