Los Gilbertos is a delicious and reasonably priced Mexican restaurant with a home-style feel. The staff is friendly and hardworking, and they go out of their way to ensure a great dining experience. The menu items are made to order and can be customized to your liking. The green chili burritos are a popular choice, and the hot sauce is a warning to those who dare to try it. The tortillas are a work of art and to die for. The machaca burrito is a 10/10, and the huevos rancheros burrito is a 48/10 and blew minds. The Steak, Egg, cheese with potatoes is a go-to. The Super breakfast burro is huge. The Madrazo burro, with grilled steak, grilled shrimp, and some sort of cream, is truly the best burrito ever eaten. The refried beans are really, really good. The shrimp ceviche tostada, covered in slices of avocado, is good and very fresh. Los Gilbertos is a 10/10 restaurant. A small but cozy cafe, Los Gilbertos is worth stopping by, even if it's just for a quick drive-thru.
