Dirty restaurant. Melted looking ice cream.
I tried using a birthday coupon but was told (rather rudely) they are “no longer Baskin-Robbin’s and they are in the middle of re-branding.” Go down the road to Gold rush or handel’s.

Do NOT support this business!
My wife ordered a Thanksgiving turkey cake, and what we received was nowhere near what was advertised. After speaking with the staff, we learned they were behind schedule and had someone else rush our order — and it absolutely shows. The cake was horrendous compared to the photo they proudly display on their website.

To make matters worse, the owner refused to offer any refund or accountability. Instead, they told us that if we dispute the charge with our bank, they will “fight to keep the $40.” That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their customers.

I’ll be posting a side-by-side photo of the advertised cake versus what we actually received so others don’t make the same mistake we did.

Went in to get ice cream yesterday - serving was a guy with the biggest hairdo of curly hair with just a visor on - not hygienic at all! The ice cream tubs were topped with melted ice cream - looked like they were scraped from the prior container - also tubs with nothing but scrapings of ice cream left in them - it was very dirty inside - I left. It’s very sad how the owner does not care about this business.

Not even worth a star. But very surprised this place is still even open. They are Always out of every flavor. Inventory is never done. It’s always dirty, and no one seems to keep up with the cleaning of the ice cream bins, freezer burn accumulates all over the ice creams.
This is the worst ice cream business I’ve ever seen. The boss “owner” needs a lesson on how to run a business correctly.

FYI-I worked at a baskin Robbin’s and we always had multiple flavors of the most popular flavors in our back freezer. You don’t just buy a tub of vanilla and call it good.

Ordered a birthday cake online, was charged for it, received a confirmation email, and a reminder email. When picking up was told no one made it. Manager and cake maker were called and said they didn't know about it even though the person in store found a record of the order. Had to scramble to look for a replacement last minute. Birthday girl was disappointed as she picked out the cake and designed it. Should of read all the bad reviews before ordering. Won't be coming here again.

There’s seriously something wrong with the management here. Someone messed up this dude’s order and the manager yelled on the little tiny register girl on the phone to make her cry.you can hear them screaming on her. So unprofessional. Hope you have a great day kiddo It wasn’t your fault

I went in an hour before close with my mom and she ordered first one scoop in a cup with whipped cream and then I ordered a small milkshake and I was told that the flavor I wasted was too hard to scoop?? These girls have one job and it’s apparently too hard??? So I picked a different flavor and she makes it and leaves some space at the top so I’m thinking she’s going to add whipped cream and that’s okay I wanted that but no she puts the lid and and never asked. Then I notice my mom also didn’t get the whipped cream she asked for. Then I pay she walks away and comes back a minute later to ask if I want a receipt I said no and then she said nothing and walked away again. Just really not impressed with the attitude from these girls for two very simple requests

Dirty! 🤮 bathroom was disgusting. The smell alone was so horrid I had to walk out. Toilet was covered in urine and feces, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Ice cream was frozen with ice crystals all around it. I hardly ever leave a bad review I try to give benefit of the doubt but this is now my 2nd and last time ever at this place. Beware.

I was really disappointed with our visit to Baskin-Robbins tonight. From the moment we walked in, the experience was off. There were two employees working, and they were clearly arguing. One of them was already trying to close early, even though it wasn’t closing time yet. To make matters worse, a lot of the ice cream flavors were missing, which was frustrating.

The worst part, though, was the lack of basic hygiene. The girl who served our ice cream was playing with her hair, wasn’t wearing gloves, and never washed her hands before handling our order. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with food. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

My wife, daughter and I stopped here Friday at 8:30, girl said we're only taking card as she was counting her drawer. Got our ice cream and sat down and started eating, 5 minutes later they shut the lights off. This was 8:48. Girl comes out and says we're closed and asked us to leave..Really?? We had to finish our ice cream in our car.... Terrible....

All four of us linked our ice creams so the kid that helped us was not unfriendly he just wasn't very enthusiastic about his job. Ice cream supposed to be a fun treat.
