Easily one of the best burgers I've had. I got the mac n cheese burgers which was very good, a very unique burger. The chopped jalapeño and bacon in the mac n cheese was a nice touch that really added to the burger.

Also, I have to add this, but to the guy complaining that he didn't like the chili cheese dog that he ordered with no bun, it's a damn hotdog. Who tf orders a hotdog with no bun. Your opinion is invalid.

Not worth the price !! White horse has better burgers with fries with the added 2.50 charge to use your debit card not worth it, if that’s the norm then dine in is falling apart.

This place is weird. Apparently they like to nickel and dime you. Went there for the first time, as I love burgers and love to try new burger places. I ordered a burger that came with tomato. There was 1 tiny tomato slice on the burger, and I really like tomato so I asked for another slice. They did indeed bring me a tomato slice and then charged me 0.75 cents for it! Kind of laughable, actually. Especially because I ordered no onion -- there was no credit for that, haha. Overall, it was annoying because the server just added it to the check without mentioning it first.

I also ordered the fried zucchini appetizer. The server did inform me that 1 ranch sauce is included for dipping and that if I needed more, there would be a charge. The included sauce is the little tiny cup and it wasn't even full. The portion of zucchini is large, we easily shared it with 6 people. 1 ranch doesn't cut it. Okay...I guess bring me a round of ranch sauce for the table. Absolutely weird, never experienced that before in any restaurant.

And then there was a surcharge for paying by credit card instead of cash.

Overall it's just a super weird vibe and it feels cheap and off putting. The owner must be one of those really cheapskate, miser type of people, like Scrooge. It really brings down the atmosphere. The food was good, but not good enough that it's worth the hassle.

I can only imagine what happens if your burger doesn't come with certain things and you ask them to add mayo, pickle, etc. 0.75 cents per additional topping adds up quickly. Do they charge for ketchup too? If you order coffee do they give you 1 sugar and charge for extra sugar packets? Do they give you a certain number of ice cubes in your soda and charge for extra ice? This place certainly seems like they would, so if you do go, best to clarify while you are ordering so you aren't surprised like I was when the check comes.

They can keep the $4.85 in extra fees as I will not be returning.
What the management doesn't understand is that there are a zillion places to get really great burgers where they don't charge you 0.75 cents for an extra tomato slice.

This place is amazing! Their food is exceptional and their beer is ice cold. It’s what keeps us coming back! The staff is amazing and the restaurant is family friendly. Would highly recommend — we come here weekly.

I had high hopes for this place. Bartender recommended that I order the burger medium. It was raw in the middle. Bartender noticed that I did not eat the burger and only ate the tots. Did not seem to care. Staff was too busy sharing personal life stories instead of offering high quality service.

HIDDEN GEM! MUST GO!
We recently discovered Burgers & Brews, thanks to a friend's recommendation, and loved it so much we chose it as the place for sons family birthday dinner. The owners and staff truly made an evening with family into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend Burgers & Brews New River for its outstanding food, drinks, and atmosphere, and amazing customer service!! We definitely found our new hangout spot!
