Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Always a delight to dine here. The GM Jason is the best and has trained his crew well! My order always comes out hot and just right every time, and the custard is great!

This is a revised review as our most recent experience was the worst I've had at a Freddy's. Very disappointed today with a bearded man that was working. My son went up and asked for a fork for my elderly father who had already gotten his meal. The gentleman said you can get it when your meal comes up and then proceed to throw a whole handful of forks on the counter. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Also the bathroom is discussing and has brown spots on the wall.

DISGUSTING, FILTHY, FECES ON THE BATHROOMS WALLS! FILTHY KITCHEN, KITCHEN DOOR, FLOORS ETC. EMPLOYEES SITTING AROUND ON THEIR PHONE, OTHERS STANDING AROUND TALKING WHEN THEY CAN BE CLEANING, SWEEPING, WIPING TABLES, PICKING UP TRASH OUTSIDE BY THE PICNIC TABLES. IF THIS IS THE WAY THE BATHROOMS LOOKS CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY FIX THE FOOD!

I was not impressed at all, a small flat jalapeño burger with basically nothing in it, tater tots, cheese fries, and two small drinks for $37.13. The fries and burger were salty, overpriced, and the food just wasn't worth the price. I will not be coming back at all. Not trying to be mean, just being honest about my visit and the food.

Absolutely Delicious Steak burger. But it was $25 for JUST two burgers. Single Burgers not doubles or anything.

My first time there and it was amazing! The classic but especially the Prime Rib Steakburger were AMAZING! kudos to the cook ! I had 3 of them and will definitely be back for more !

Fantastic.....hard to believe it fast food

It was the most disgusting unsanitary place ever. I ordered a burger and got a hairball on a bun, literally. The burger had at 6 long strands of black hair. While waiting in front of the window, I observed 2 employees playing catch with a meat patty, tossing it back and forth in the kitchen area. That's unacceptable in any kitchen. I will never order there again and would not recommend it to anyone. It used to be a great place when they opened, but now it's horrible. I would love to talk to a manager.

I don't eat our often, but every time I eat here, the service is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and the food is fresh and tasty. And, my dog loves the edges of my burger patties. Yoy guys show what fast food customer service should be. Thanks.

First time eating at Freddy's ...I ordered the California Cheese Burger Combo with Fries and a Drink...Hands Down the Best Cheese Burger I have ever had :) Also Jack working the Drive Thru was very Nice...I will be Back...Great Food and Service :)
