Extremely poor service the front on Sundays. They just ignore you. Also, why do the allow employees to park their in front of the restaurant? That should be for handicap and pick up orders. NOT for lazy employees!!!

Always a lot of teenagers at this location. It was nice to see a Phoenix PD officer at this location reminding kids to be respectful and not loiter. Makes it a more pleasant experience for families with young children. Staff was friendly, and food was typical McDonald's.

It's McDonald's, not a 5-star restaurant. But being what it is, this is one of the better locations. Prices aren't as high as other local locations (surprisingly). Service was quick and friendly. Food was given to me hot and accurate (I've always got a customization, and they don't miss it).

I like this McDonaldâs. Theyâre always respectful and get things right. That being said, McDonaldâs food is McDonaldâs food. My wife and I compared their $7 deluxe double cheeseburger chicken mcnugget meal with Wendyâs $5 jr bacon cheeseburger chicken tender meal, and though you get a small drink instead of a large drink with the Wendyâs meal, Wendyâs food is waaayy better. It tastes better and the chicken at least is bigger. The rest is the same size I believe. I appreciate McDonaldâs for trying, but frozen food just doesnât hold a candle to fresh food. Thank you.

It was exactly McDonald's. If you've had McDonald's, this is it. Quick, efficient, standard fare, and the best fries in fast food. But the area around this one is a beautiful desert.

Terrible customer service, terrible everything. Ordered from mobile app waited at my spot for over 30 mins the employee kept giving everyone else their orders and I finally ask where's mine its been over 20 mins he says they aren't helping him with my order and they are still working on it... meanwhile the drive through is flowing just fine. I get my order 30 mins. they forget my sons drink at this point i don't even care. but when my son opens his happy meal there was just a couple nuggets and the smallest amount of fries no toy so I went inside and asked them to remake it the correct way and the other employees thought it was funny that my son was upset about his meal I get home to find out all our burger are smashed on purpose. who does that to a stranger thats just trying to feed her family after a long day?? so rude and unnecessary. do better at hiring. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S
