I went through the drive thru. I had 2 of the strawberry cream pies on my order. When I got to the second window I was told that they only had one left. I was asked if I wanted an apple pie instead. I simply stated that I would rather have a refund instead. At that time I was given my drinks and asked to park up front to wait for my food. When my food came i noticed I hadn't received my refund and they gave me an apple pie replacement. Which I specifically said I did not want. So I asked the young lady where my refund was and handed her back the pie. Never once was I being rude. I only used polite words when speaking to her. She then went back inside and a manager came out to give me my refund, where she preceded to yell at me about cussing at her employee. Something which I didn't do. It is absolutely inexcusable the way this manager treats customers. Making mistakes is fine, they can be fixed. But to accuse your customer of wrong doing in order to hide your mistake is just wrong. It is extremely frustrating that when there is a mistake on my order all I get is verbally attacked by the manager. This location used to have such nice people working here. Now that no longer seems to be the case.

Took my girls here after school, yes it’s by a school but all the workers suck they are all rude including the manager. My ice cream was wrong and the one girl Vanessa smiled and said no problem let me fix that for you. But everyone else was rude I can hear one employee say was this your order again all rude I will not be back.

This place is horrible... Service is absolutely terrible, tried to order at the counter and the girl behind the counter told me to use the kiosk I told her I didn't want to and she gave me attitude because I wanted her to take my order, after placing our order she started to walk away and I asked her for our drinks she rolled her eyes and proceeded to get the drinks. The food took forever to come out even though they weren't busy they just had a group of teenagers in the lobby picking on one of the younger staff members that works there we watched the whole thing from inside the play area where we sat. When the food finally came out my child went to the counter to ask for ketchup when it was supposed to come with the order and they didn't give us any he was ignored by staff and came back to me and said they won't get him any I had to go to the front counter and ask the staff myself to which they only gave me 3 packets for 2 large fries and a kids meal. There were also no napkins given with the meals as well. The food was also horrible 😔

The basic training for employees needs to be improved! During the process of putting the fries into the paper bag, some spilled out, and the employee picked them up with bare hands and put them into the box. As for the Happy Meal, not a single fry was placed in the box.

Placed a breakfast order on their app, waited in line at the drive through, by the time I got to the window it was past 10:30 so they cancelled my breakfast order and couldn’t refund me the purchase since it was through the app. No customer service and the manager wasn’t helpful

OMG this was a bad experience ...food was awful got me sick ... Felt the fries down my throat ... And to top it off paid almost $50 literally threw my money away.... McD's expensive small portions and really bad food.
Didn't like that they took all the right sides order first in the drive thru when I was already next I was there before the other cars waiting for them to take my order I literally had to say hello toget service

Really didnt have an issue with this place mostly but today I was struggling me and my husband decided since we were up so early we would order Mcds breakfast....It was a mistake...Hasbrown so overdone its hard as a rock cant even break it in half easy its so over done. My oatmeal came with the whole thing filled with water and oatmeal flakes mixed in a little. I get human error is a thing and I know yall might be busy but this is not just error this is NOT doing your job right. I just dont understand you as people wouldn't want to get shit food if your going out to get food why do you do it to other people who are paying for it with the money they earned just like you. Doordash will refund me some but its not there fault its yours. DO BETTER.

I ordered from the kiosk, hashbrown & a sausage cheese McMullen. My hashbrown was COLD! And my English muffin was uncooked 😩 we spend our hard earned money to eat out occasionally and we get this 😢 I guess you get what you pay for ! MONEY !

Didn't know McDonald's could make a burger with no flavor, don't know if this is just because the high number of old people here or bad luck but, truly the worst McDonald's I have been to. Also prices are getting crazy, but thats everywhere.
