Starbucks is Starbucks.
I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The lavender matcha drink was outstanding—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The drive-thru service was quick and the staff was super friendly. Definitely coming back!
Very attentive and kind and fast
Great location, but the middle-aged woman with the long hair who works the drive-through window is consistently rude, snappish, and always addresses me like I am some kind of moron. She may be able to do something for this place, but customer interaction is DEFINITELY not it!!!
The best starbucks i been to in AZ as a backpacker! Pleantybof outside seating but only one table and a bar inside the staff is amazing
Rude at drive through. Stoped by today after being next door at urgent care with my sick child to get cake pops and drinks. We asked for a water at the window because we had a mobile order and the lady rudely told us we need to order water at the speaker next time.. I am sorry that my child asked me after the speaker, at the window for a water. Please be kind.
I'm very disappointed in Starbucks. Years after they bought out the chain Teavana, you would think they still offer tea in their stores. On a Monday at 1pm in winter they only had 2 hot tea choices. 1 black, 1 green. The barista told me they usually do have Chamomile too but were out.
Teabags are tiny and shelf stable for a long time. You get more variety at my mechanics coffee counter.
The worst part was I ordered hot tea with honey and I didn't realize until I had driven off that it tasted off, the label on the cup said they gave me a honey flavored syrup instead.
Honey used to be a basic staple at every Starbucks, and now they have gone so long without having it their staff won't even think to mention that they need to give you an artificial sweetener instead.
The girls behind the counter were super sweet, my complaints are solely with Starbucks using artificial replacements, and buying out a tea chain to not even carry it in their stores.
I appreciate this Starbucks for supporting those with mental disabilities, hiring a majority of staff and managers with mental disabilities really helps with supporting the cause even if my drink is always wrong, I’m happy to support those with disabilities.

Staff always kind and friendly. This location has a Clover Vertica machine, which I thoroughly enjoy.

Starbucks remodel is a total disappointment. No tables and chairs inside? Why would you do this? Now you are stuck sitting outside in 108 degree weather or not at all.

Ordered ice black coffee with cream, they use 2% milk that was borderline going bad. Gross! . Could not drink it. Went inside with my elderly friend "to have coffee" and there's no inside seating either, so the order had to go. The experience was very disappointing.

Ordered two impossible sandwiches with no egg and no cheese (and two coffees). Received: one impossible with only egg, and one done correctly. It’s annoying when a simple order can’t be done right and on top of I’m excepted to tip. Had to throw out the sandwich.

This morning, I visited the drive-through Starbucks on Anthem Way, a place I've frequented for the past three years with consistently great experiences. However, today was different. The drive-through line stretched about ten cars ahead of me, but I waited patiently.
When I finally reached the window, I received my drink, and the lady handed me the credit card machine, which prompted me to leave a tip. I hesitated because the service was a bit slow, and she seemed somewhat irritated. I then asked for one of those little green stoppers to prevent my coffee from spilling.
In a snarky tone, she responded, "What greens? What are you talking about?" I explained that I meant the little green stoppers for the coffee lid. She snapped back, "Oh, you mean the little green stoppers for your coffee lid?" Her attitude was shockingly nasty, and I couldn't believe how rude she was.
