They added way too much peppermint to my drink so I asked them to add more chocolate but they just replaced the drink… very good customer service and friendly staff.
Parking: You have to park in the fry’s lot and then go into fry’s to go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a drive thru/quicker alternative there is a Starbucks across the street!

they make my drinks perfect every time, the young girl there who goes by “Emmy” is always there and always nice and professional, i highly recommend getting a coffee while you shop, just be mindful that even though they close at eight, they need alot of time to close, so if you are coming in during the evening, check the time and make sure it isnt too close to 8:) they want to enjoy their free time too

They didn’t open till at 8 pm . I came at 7:45 pm and they said we don’t have this moment! They should update at right time ! Before coming call them what time it’s close !
I normally go this startbucks very frequently. Today though I bought 2 drinks, and took them home for my husband and self. After drinking them, a couple hours later has severe stomach pain and discomfort for most of the evening.Maybe the milk they made our drinks with was expired??

Experienced terrible customer service and poor quality of product. A spokesperson for Starbucks/Frys is less about the substance of what you're conveying and more about your people skills. An impatient employee who is in an emotion of constant annoyance, and allows it to shine through in her tone of voice is awful. Can only hope this will change. Ended up driving to starbucks down the road
