I was charged 21 dollars for INE footlong sub with extra meat. It was the 31 the Philly cheesesteak sub… 12.99 for the footling regularly, which mind you has maybe 3pm of meat. So I asked for extra and she must’ve have charged me like 7 bucks for a tiny ass tub. I also said I didn’t want peppers and she threw them on there and didn’t make the sub the way it was advertised. Expensive ass subs for little to no meat. Subways quality has gone down TREMENDOUSLY and they can’t keep workers at this location.

I ordered a tuna sub for pickup today and I have never seen such a mess of a sandwich! I can't believe the worker actually put this in the bag. I couldn't pick up the sandwich because the bread was in broken in several pieces but not cut anywhere all the way through and not matching the top or bottom of the bread. I tried calling the store but no one answers and the voicemail hasn't been set up so you can't leave a message. I couldn't leave work to go bring it back...just a terrible experience.

At the last minute, I needed to buy two 6 ft subs for a Celebration of Life. I had the pleasure of dealing with AJ. He was very patient with me, I called back like 3 times. Got other quotes and finally came back to AJ. He explained how I could order and pay for the sandwiches. Unfortunately, I was outside of the delivery area. Someone else went and picked up the sandwiches. The subs fed 50 people easily, they were fresh and tasty. Thank you AJ, you made my day and everyone else that you fed that evening.

The store was chaotic, and I felt for the younger staff working. The black-haired, older lady who was in charge was all over the place. The line was long, and people left because of the slow service. The young guy who was working wanted to help the customers in the store, but the older lady insisted on doing online orders… we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our subs and received the wrong sub. Furthermore, when one of the younger employees made a silly mistake, the older lady would repeatedly point out the mistake, which only made the work environment more stressful and chaotic. I don’t want this to reflect poorly on the younger staff, this is a management issue.

Very unsatisfactory... wouldn't accept the coupons sent out in the immediate area for promotions. Hot subs literally cold before leaving because how slow the service was just to make a simple sandwich. Definitely will not be back at this

I know everything is more expensive these days but the sandwiches I got from Subway today were pathetic to say the least. Less than 2" thick and cost over $10? They look like flatbreads but they aren't. They also used the wrong bread, marked them incorrectly and they weren't ready on time when I ordered them online. They really got to step it up...

This is a good Subway! I like to go with my girlfriend for lunch sometimes too, because it’s easy to pick this up. Can always get my sandwiches loaded up and the employee AJ that I see there always makes it really well. Thanks!

Morning shift kills it homie opens up the store and deals with the rush, went last night Two hours before closing two ladies just doing horrible one asked me if I was waiting for a sandwich while I was in line and the other serving me would just look at you without saying anything, wasn't the best at all .

Don’t listen to the negative people. For the record, I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to for this Subway! I’m not sure why, but this subway is superior to any other subway that I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of subway in my time! The bread and the rest of the ingredients actually taste fresh here!! The bread is not dried out and crusty and the meats and veggies taste great! Service is wonderful, very nice people, and lucky for me we live close!

One of my the weirdest experiences I have ever had at a food establishment. I had a long day at work and came in near close. The server said they were closed, even when there was at least 10 mins left. I recognized they were in the middle of closing up, and I did not want to cause an issue. So I proceeded to make my way out the door. Then the server changed her mind on my way out. I was really happy that they would do this for me, at their inconvenience nonetheless. I was actually about to leave a 5 star review. But during the making of my sand which she asked if I wanted cheese, I said “No cheese please, thank you.” She looked up at me then proceeded to throw my sandwich away. As you can guess I was very confused. She said “I am doing you a favor, and you are playing games.” It took me a second to try and understand what was happing. I explained to the ma”am that she must have heard me wrong because my response was actually quite respectful. She was having none of it and ignored me. When she did finally say something she basically asked me to leave, by saying “We are closed.” I did not want the situation to escalate any further, so I just took the L and left. Just be cautions at this location, the server behavior was bizarre to say the least.

I’ve been eating at Subways for years. This was the slowest service I have ever experienced. Whoever owns this branch should be ashamed. Hire more people, pay them better if you have to. Either way this is a master class in how to kill a business.
