What they didn't tell me is they no longer offer a spicy Italian sandwich. They just substituted with what they think it might be similar too. I asked for pepper jack cheese, they put on provolone. My bad for not catching that. Then I discovered the drink station is invested with little flies. Won't be returning. That's just unacceptable.

I ordered double meat on my foot long, the guy told me that would get me 1 more tray of meat. I told him that wasn't double, double was 2 more. He finally put them on my sandwich, but then he charged me double meat, twice. I did NOT get 2 double meats. If this is how this company does math, how are they still open?

Had an unpleasant experience with the gentlemen working the evening shift on July 1st. I misheard when he asked me how many sandwiches I wanted total. I went straight to telling him what kind of sandwich I wanted. He got a huge attitude over this miscommunication . I quickly apologized and told him it would be 2 sandwiches total. He then went on to tell me he couldn’t modify my sandwich at all because it was a “newer sandwich” and corporate is “strict on the toppings”. His comment caught me off guard because I had made no mention of any modifications, the guy hadn’t even cut my sandwich bread yet. I held back on making a scene and I told him no worries, make it however it comes. He did apologize once he realized how out of line his comments were. I was nothing but nice to the guy. Nevertheless, 24 dollars for 2 6 inch sandwiches and 2 cookies served by a needlessly rude employee is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
Came into Subway for a quick lunch and it was a solid experience.
I ordered a 6-inch steak and cheese on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The veggies were fresh, the sandwich was made exactly how I asked, and everything tasted great. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff worked fast.
There wasn’t much of a wait and the seating area was quiet and tidy. Always a reliable choice when you want something quick and customizable.

The lady working the counter greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, and detail oriented. My sandwich was VERY delicious. The bread was soft. The veggies were fresh. The lemonade was really cold and yummy from the soft drink machine. Very good experience. I will go to this subway again! * Dine-In is open until 2am. Drive threw is open 24/7. *
